Hotel Mano

When we boarded the plane, we took out the arrival card but it was not given to us. When we arrived in Moscow, we found out that we had to find a courier to deliver it to the Moscow hotel and the courier fee was 1,300 rubles.

The hotel is in a good location, with many supermarkets around, convenient for shopping, relatively large rooms, relatively quiet, comfortable to sleep in the king-size bed room, with a jacuzzi, and a Ferris wheel outside the window. The breakfast is average.

Environment: Very good environment, considerate service

It's a good hotel. I arrived at about 1:00 in the morning. The front desk can speak English and the service attitude is very good. But there are no slippers in the room. I was too lazy to ask if there are any. The corridor is very wide and there are water dispensers and irons. The room is also very big, and the windows are anti-peeping. The curtains are also very thick. You can't feel the sun outside when you draw them. The hotel is across the street from Татнефт арена, which is very close. But Russian hotels all use keys. There is a Burger King nearby. If you can't find anything to eat, you can go to Burger King. The bed is two single beds put together, hahahaha, which is a bit strange, but it's very comfortable to sleep. There is heating in April, so I'm not afraid of the cold at all. There is a Russian retro style in the hotel

I stayed at the hotel in February 2024 for work for several days. The rooms are bitterly cold, there is a whistle from the windows, the walls are “cardboard”, the audibility is hellish. The hotel is extremely tired. Interior in gypsy style. Breakfast is ordinary, monotonous, but you can eat and you won’t go hungry. The apotheosis of my stay was the Caucasian holiday in the hotel restaurant on a weekday until midnight. Given the audibility, upbeat oriental music practically played in my head. I have been staying at various hotels in our vast region for work for many years, but this is the first time I have encountered such trash under the sign of three stars.

The biggest disadvantage is the audibility in the rooms, I have never seen anything like it anywhere else. You can clearly hear every word of your neighbors, although they didn’t shout, it was a calm conversation. Very skinny pillows for me, uncomfortable. The rest can be said to be acceptable, we slept and it was okay. Everything is fine in the bathroom. Breakfast is also great, delicious pancakes and scrambled eggs.

Positive points: spacious rooms and polite cleaning staff. Cons: not polite, sullen reception, very shabby rooms, air conditioning does not work in 30 degree heat, everyone knows about it, but they are not going to repair it (very stuffy in the rooms). Breakfast is monotonous and not tasty.

I was on vacation with my daughter from 07/27-29/23. The hotel is good. Unusual design. We checked in an hour earlier, many thanks to the young man at the reception. A very polite, professional and helpful young man. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked great. The shower has very good water pressure! Mini refrigerator, hair dryer, everything as stated. The lighting in the room was quite sufficient, the pillows were also suitable). I would probably only add clothes hangers. There were no complaints about soundproofing, it was very quiet. Cooler on the floor in the corridor (the water was warm and flowed in a very thin stream). Upon check-in they gave us 2 bottles of water for free. The location of the hotel is good, although not quite the center, but not far either (bus + metro or just bus). Taking into account the quite adequate cost of the hotel, you can get to the center by taxi, not expensive. We almost didn’t use public transport, as it was very hot and it was very uncomfortable to be in it (lack of air conditioning in the buses, hot stoves in the heat of +34. Also, buses stop moving early in the evenings). Near the hotel there are chain food stores and developed infrastructure. Overall, this is not a bad hotel for the money.
