A decent, very budget-friendly room, but the price is way overpriced for such a room.

Very clean, conveniently located. There's a kitchen where you can order breakfast, have tea, and heat up your food in the microwave; all utensils are provided. The only downside is the lack of an elevator; after a 15-20 km walk around the city, it's a chore to climb up to the 4th floor.

Номер соответствует описанию. Очень классное расположение, все в пешей доступности, до вокзала 1 км, рядом центральный рынок, до улицы Баумана 15 минут, до Кремля 20 минут Тесновато, но я жил один поэтому вполне нормально.кровать, стул, министол от стенки, ванна маловато, но помыться можно. В номере было чисто, отопление работало, есть кондиционер и телевизор. На цокольном этаже есть кухня, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, одноразовая посуда, можно пользоваться. На этаже есть кулер. Предоставляют завтраки, но я не пользовался. Вежливый и внимательный персонал, особенно красивая девушка на ресепшн ( к сожалению, забыл имя). Есть камера хранения вещей, оставлял сумку после выселения. Жил две ночи., имеется своя парковка, что актуально, кто приезжает на машине.

При бронировании в фильтре указал наличие парковки. При заселении в отель выяснилось, что парковка платная.(первый раз такое)
Либо в фильтре нужно делать настройки, наличие платной или бесплатной парковки, либо отель должен предоставить информацию о ПЛАТНОЙ парковке

Хороший отель, комфортные номера. Очень удобное расположение в центре Казани. Очень чисто, есть всё необходимое, в том числе свободные парковочные места. Утром была возможность вкусно позавтракать, спасибо за гостеприимство!
