Останавливались в этом отеле 20.05.2023 Планировали остановиться на несколько дней, но были вынуждены выехать на следующий день. Не рассчитывайте на хорошее отношение или элементарную улыбку. Уровень доброжелательности сотрудников на нуле. С ресепшена до ресторана. Мы бронировали двух местный номер, разместили нас в номере с 4 кроватями, 2 из них железные, вроде больничных, окрашенные в черный цвет, рядом с каждой по сломанному стулу. По ощущениям съемная квартира, для приезжих иностранных рабочих. Полотенца старые, прям вот потертые, в прочем как и все, что находилось в номере. Огромный минус отсутствие кондиционера,окна не открыть, за ними стройка. Последней каплей было то, что в воскресенье,в 9 УТРА, БЕЗ СТУКА, сотрудник отеля, открыла дверь своим ключом и зашла в номер, с вопросом уезжаем ли мы в 12. Я такого еще никогда и нигде не встречала. Не раздумывая , через 5 минут мы сдали ключи. Если для вас является нормой хамское отношение, или же вас совершенно не смущает предстать без одежды после душа, перед незнакомым человеком, вас не беспокоит нарушение личных границ,а так же вопрос цена=качество,двери этого отеля для вас открыты. Ну а мы туда ни ногой. Спасибо за испорченный выходной.

Прекрасное обслуживание , внимательный персонал , хотелось бы больше сказать о работниках столовой смены , добрая и внимательная оф-ка Светлана , лучший шеф повар Анжела , и повар Аниса , готовят очень вкусно слов нет , посудомойщица Марина внимательно подходит к своей работе , все чисто и без разводов . Благодарна за ваш труд )❤️
