Мне сделали апгрейд до представительского люкса номер 526 . Номер состоит из гостиной совмещенной с ванной-туалет и спальни совмещенной с кухней . Между ними дверной проем без двери . На кухне на стене абсолютно пустые шкафы , отсутствует даже стакан , хотя есть не большой мини-бар . Кофейные чашки не входят в капсюльную кофемашину и их нужно держать наклоннно , чтобы налить кофе . После моего рассказа на ресепшен об этих неудобствах , мою просьбу принести в номер стаканы и воду просто проигнорировали и когда мы вечером вернулись в отель , пришлось просить об этом повторно . Подушки на кровати 3 , но плоские и жесткие , похоже , что они из поролона завернутого в наволочку . Халат в номере люкс на двоих был один . Моющие средства в туалете были не долиты и закончились уже вечером . В ресторане Милли из собственной пивоварни ) принесли теплое пиво и сказали , что температуру пива не могут поменять . Обед занял 2 часа , поскольку манты готовили 1,5 часа и вообще все долго готовили .

The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

Personally think that royal is still better next door. Although the royal is five stars and more expensive than the tower. The floor is not tall. The tower is very comfortable to see and the whole is old compared with the tower.

The hotel is located in the very center of Kazan. Literally 100 meters from the main tourist street, ”Kazana Arbata” - Bauman Street. 10 minutes in one direction and you are at the Kremlin walls, 10 minutes in the other and you are on Tukaya Square. There are many cheap places nearby, where you can have breakfast/dinning/dining, for example popular in the city ”Good dining room” or a network that you can meet in St. Petersburg ”Table №1.” In the hotel itself you can drink tea, which is available on the resepshne (free) and the teapot and tea pairs in the room. There is bottled water in the coolers on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, about 12 sq m, but equipped with a workplace. There is air conditioning, mirror and flat TV. Wi-Fi works well (used on two devices (mobile phone and laptop). I had a big double bed in my room - the perfect mattress, clean underwear. High pillows, but it is individually. On each side there is a torch and a roast. tumba for things. It was nice to surprise the presence of a floor bra. There is a hanging for clothes and shoulders. Also such important trimmings as a spoon and a shoe brush. No shoes in the room, but they are as much as other things (baths, hairdressers, etc. ) can be purchased extra. The bathroom is small. The set of towels is full - for feet, faces and bodies. The shower ”cabin” itself is a little tight but not critical. Shampoo and shower gel were provided in the number of days of stay. Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small. Thank you for staying!

Good hotel, convenient location. Almost in the center. Living on the 5th floor in a single room with a double bed. The room was clean, washed regularly. Every day they changed towels, only, for some reason, though two-bedroom accommodation was paid. Breakfasts are modest but quite edible and calorie. The waiter could be a little bit more rushed in the decoration plan, especially about dust on the cabinets. It is blown by the air conditioner 😂 and wears by room. The staff at the hotel is very polite and responsive. There is one but. When you come to the hotel, the administrator has changed and the new one asks what key you need. That is, he doesn't know what room we are from, and if we are not from this hotel at all? And in the rooms things are valuable, there are no safes. A break in the security system. Can any guests issue cards? As a result- excellent price ratio - quality, we liked it. Thank you to the staff of the hotel for hospitality! The hotel is definitely recommended. На удивление, оказалось лучше чем ожидали! - Расположение: великолепное, улица Баумана рядом, Кремль минутахх в 15 ходьбы, не шумно. Вокруг много кафе, метро рядом. - По номеру: у нас двухкомнатный (супериор), чистый, белье современное и чистое. Из даббла нам легко сделали твин, раздвинув кровати и заменив большой матрас на 2 односпальных соответственно (в удобное время, когда мы отсутствовали). Чайника нет (что странно для нашего типа номера), стаканы есть, холодильник есть. - Ванная: большая, с окном. Не могу сказать, что все супер-современно, но вполне чисто. На косметические принадлежности, тапки рассчитывать не стоит. Полотенец хватает (по 2 на душу + для ног) - Сам отель: в коридоре есть гладильные принадлежности (вполне удобно), кулер. Также почему-то вечно болтается тележка уборщицы и портит вид.)) Следует учитывать, что лифта нет. - Обслуживание: тактичный, доброжелательный персонал, у нас опыт положительный)) Вещи можно оставить в камере хранения - Завтраки: континентальные, достаточно сытные (сет из 3х единиц, напиток, хлеб с маслом и плавленным сыром), но не все блюда могут прийтись по вкусу. Так, в первый день у нас были омлет или рисовая каша (на выбор), творог, блинчик с джемом. Во второй день - гречка или макароны с сосиской, апельсин, блинчик с джемом. Я спросила, можно ли вместо макарон попросить еще один блинчик - сделали без проблем))) Качество приготовления - добротное, продукты хорошие. Из напитков - пакетированный чай или кофе (растворимый). Сваренного, конечно, очень не хватает! В целом, если доработать завтраки (всегда иметь яйцо и кофе в позициях), добавить косм.принадлежности в ванную, доработать мелочи - ушел бы небольшой налет ”советчины” и получилась бы добротная европейская трёшка.)) В целом, могу рекомендовать отель!

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

We moved to this hotel after a horrible experience we had with Luciano Spa hotel (read that review to avoid it). Shalyapin hotel, named after the famous Russian opera singer is located right on the pedestrian Bauman St, next door to the beautiful Epiphany Cathedral. We had the luck being allocated the room with Cathedral view. Hotel is nothing to write home about, yet decent with fair sized rooms and average breakfast. Unfortunately, at time of our stay the pool didn't work. I find it a good and economic hotel for any tourist stay in great location, more than double cheaper than Luciano.
