Riu Palace Maldives - All Inclusive

Staff were very friendly and helpful, enjoyed every day and highly recommended to all ages.

Excellent location - services and amenities- super friendly staff

Mt Wife and I arrived at the Palace Maldivas on the 2nd of May and already sort of knew we were in for a treat as we had visited the Riu Atoll already 2 years previous, it is simply paradise! The staff welcome you at the pier/reception with a cool drink and very quickly and efficiently check you in, then you wait by the electric buggy to be taken to your room, we stayed in an overwater suite as it was for our 20th Wedding Anniversary, we were definitely not disappointed! The room was spotless and very cool, the terrace had a tub to cool off in, 2 sunbeds and a balinese bed to relax on, you had a set of steps down in to the amazingly clear blue ocean for a dip, with a little shower at the bottom, gorgeous room kept immaculately clean by the cleaner Adam. The whole staff were so professional and very friendly, Aminda looked after us from day one at the Palace bar, he asked our names and never forgot them,he went above and beyond looking after our drinks, good seats and whatever else we wanted. Jessica looked after us at the pool bar on the Atoll side excellently always with a smile and great conversation. Puja was really lovely and great at her job in the sports bar, always very welcoming and friendly. We booked a meal on the beach for our Anniversary celebration and were very spoiled with the service by Kokko, he was a very attentive and professional waiter and made sure we wanted for nothing at all. The Animation team were second to none, always having a good laugh with you keeping you active but also knowing to leave you alone when you were relaxing, a great team! We will definitely be returning at some point as the staff make sure you have a lovely time at this gorgeous location and hotel!

The staff was bar especially very good.when we see them they called us by name and know our drinks.especially our friend Aminda he knows when we come what we want that’s a good quality for a good bartender.thanks for everything especially chameera,fernando,ruma,isuru,chamara,dasun,thanuka,chamika,sanju thanks if I forget the names sorry all the staff are amazing.

I recommend the Riu Palace Maldives hotel to anyone who would like to be in a real paradise, even for a moment. We had a wonderful time there. Well-kept hotel, delicious food, I especially like the ramen corner. Very nice service. Delicious drinks. Great transfer. There were no disadvantages for me. And even the weather was good during our stay, and it was May. I know for sure that I will come back.

We were lucky to have a beach walkout room on the sunset side of the island, right at the very end, which was ideal.

What an unforgettable place to make your honeymoon so memorable. Beautiful place with excellent service. P.S. don’t let the rain predictions stop you from going. We arrived on May 5th and it barely rained and when it does it’s for a short time.

We had the best two weeks ever at the palace. An absolutely amazing hotel and the service is fantastic, the staff are outstanding and look after your every need. Food was great , we loved the Japanese restaurant and the buffet was excellent, lots of choice. The whole experience was great and i truly believe the staff are incredible! We were very sad to leave and will definitely go back again.
