I had an emergency stay here and was really impressed while staying here. The room was okay, not really spacious but clean and comfortable. I stayed at two different rooms while I was staying for a week here. The nano room was recommended with a good price, but the bathroom was literally see-through. I would recommend you to stay at standard room if you stay here with other than your family or if you’re more comfortable with no see-through bathroom. I chose room with no breakfast. But I ordered some food from the restaurant and it was really delicious that I ordered again the next days. The room service was really good and fast. The cleaning staff was really good and fast too. Overall, I would recommend the stay at this hotel. There were also a little convenience market at the lobby if you need some amenities, foods, or drinks. For me, this is the best budget hotel I’ve known so far.

Dear Grand Surya Kediri, I had a great stay here from 21 to 22 July 2022. The room is spacious and clean. We also got an early check-in and a great view from the room. Special thanks to these hotel staff : - Ms Shella the guest relation, who did amazing job for my mom's birthday set up in the room. Not only that, she has been attentive and welcoming to the guests. - Ms Ollin the front desk who is really nice and informative. The check in process is a breeze and she also helps with the spa arrangement. - The concierge, the spa therapists (sorry, we forget your name) who also have been doing great job to assist and service us. This is the hotel that I'm satisfied with the interior and rooms at a relatively cheaper price than a class hotel, the always maintained cleanliness and the scent of the hotel from entering the hotel to the room. Her shampoo is delicious for me too. There's a disert of a graduate. My wife and I were satisfied. Even the wife said, ”If you play in the city and need to stay, we stay here. Great atmosphere with good service and simple facilities, like a restaurant and outdoor swimming pool! If you are looking for the best accommodation nearest the local Arc de Triomphe that is so-called SLG (Simpang Lima Gumul), this hotel may be suitable for your need! Their Bubur Ayam Bandung is so delicious! Though the room is not really spacious but it's really neat with a clean bathroom! Thanks, FaveHotel! Definitely will come back later!

I went to this resort to spent weekend during my off days. It surrounded by small river and trees between the building. The place located 189-meters from MSL and only 15-mins from Kediri City Center. That makes this place quite cool since gusts of wind stream from Wilis and Klotok Mountain. My two cents opinion about this resort are: (+) PROS: a. Location is perfect, quite calm and not much noise. b. The resort price affordable among the same level of resort in East Java. c. The food delicious and the price also affordable. d. The room are clean as well as with the bathroom and toilet. e. Spacious room and the bed so comfort, makes your sleep quality improve. f. The staff is friendly and helpful. g. The place has a lot of parking lot and the security patrol every hours. (-) CONS: a. The place surrounded by some interesting place, such as Pohsarang (Lucem) Inscription, Pohsarang Terrace Rice Field, Sumber Podang River, Pohsarang Church, etc. However, there are no promotion package for visitor to seek those place. b. Since the room building close with the trees, weaver ants some occasion appear in the room. Overall, I'm satisfied with the resort and willing to comeback again in the future.

Although the road is uphill, but if you have arrived at the location, it is guaranteed to be paid from the view and location

hygiene is ok,service is ok,the quality of the mattress(this is the most important thing for me because the business trip is far and needs quality sleep)okay,surprizingly:there is a sling 😁 It's a pity that the room is not tight. The neighbor next door turned on the tv and chatting was a bit awkward to hear from my room. Breakfast is ok, there are not many menus but the quality and taste are okay, always refilled if something is gone. The coffee is rich 😘 juice & pudding is delicious. And the staff in the breakfast area is 5 stars service. Friendly and helpfull. Yes, i'll be back here every months due to my bussiness trip ❤️

I stayed on August 13 in a Deluxe type room, here are my reviews: 1. Location The location is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tulungagung. To find food and souvenirs is quite easy. Just walk. 2. Facilities The hotel facilities are quite good for a 3-star class, there is enough parking in front and behind the hotel. - there is a meeting room - there is free wifi in all areas including the room - there is a restaurant, which has a kids corner on the 2nd floor. Minus there is no swimming pool, if there is this hotel is perfect because it could be a suitable hotel for families with small children . 3. Service The service of this hotel is very good. Because I see from hospitality all the employees are very nice. From the security guard outside to the staff inside the hotel, they always give greetings and always smile every time a guest passes by. I also have a plus in the FO section, especially to Mr. Rudi (FO Manager) when there was a problem in the check-in process due to an OTA error, the hotel was very helpful, especially Mr. Rudi to resolve the issue to the relevant OTA, so we can check in. And I salute Mr. Rudi helps with hospitality and always smiling, thank you very much Mr. Rudi, this hotel will be more advanced with staff like you. Then this hotel also has a welcome drink such as tea/coffee when we check this which we can take ourselves in front of the reception desk. 4. Bedroom The deluxe room is quite spacious, the room is quite good although not too modern, the room is equipped with: - LCD TV equipped with cable TV channels. - there is a single sofa and chair - there is a reading light - there is air conditioning which works very well, the pool is cold. - there is a water heater kettle to make cooking water to make coffee/tea equipped with free tea/coffee - there is a wardrobe The bathroom is also quite spacious in the shower. The shower also worked well putting out hot and cold water. There are 2 clean towels. Unfortunately, the bath amenities only have soap and a tooth brush. 5. Food & Bevarage The variety of food surprised me, because I didn't expect there to be enough variety. There are croissants to traditional food. Although the taste seems to have to be improved a little to make it more stable. Conclusion: I recommend this hotel to my colleagues at an economical price but we get fairly complete facilities. God willing, if I have the opportunity to go to Tulungagung I will stay again at the Tulungagung Palace Hotel.

Not good not bad. Room was so so, very hot inside and the ac not working very well, it made a lot of noise but didn’t cool the room enough, couldn’t get the temperature below 27 degrees. You have to put on and off all lamps seperately, so everything old style. Also no breakfast option because I staid here during Ramadan, the restaurant was closed in the morning. Too bad there are not many options in this town!
