#positive #I was happy with the Location; #negative #I was disappointed with the Soundproofing, Value for Money; There is also a courtyard in this town, but according to the reviews and prices, I thought it was okay, but I didn't expect that the heating was broken. After restarting, the sound was loud, and I listened to the rumbling sound of the motor for 2 nights. There is no cold wind from the hair dryer, and the feeling of burning my head. The most terrible breakfast. The only thing that is hot is coffee and hot water.

Fantastic hotel. If only the larger cities had half the class and personability.
Also, if only this app knew “personability“ was a word. I imagine this will only get worse. Enjoy Keene while it still has standards.

Exceptional hotel in the perfect location in downtown Keene. We were in town to visit family for the holiday, and could not have picked a better location, close to excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Rooms were enormous (we were in suites), super clean, and with comfy beds. Complimentary breakfast was very generous-with fresh egg options and plenty of fresh fruit and juice, very clean and well attended to. Staff was wonderful. Had a minor issue at check in that was resolved immediately and professionally. We were extremely happy with our stay and plan to stay again whenever we are in town. Highly highly recommend.

This was my first time in Keene, New Hampshire. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.
The town seemed very safe and the people were friendly.

So first the good…. Excellent location, free parking. I was dropped off early and came in to check my suitcase and was told my room was ready and could check in. For someone expecting to waste time downtown that was a real bonus! The bad… the room I was checked into had possibly the worst view I’ve had in a while. A brick wall to one side and the dirty ceiling of the neighboring building to the other. Knowing the hotel wasn’t full and getting a view so poor was pretty disappointing. I’m a bonvoy member so I would have appreciated a decent view/room. If I had had even a mediocre view it would have been 5 stars.
