We were booked for an overnight stay to enable a early morning start in Nottingham. This hotel used to be a favourite but has now become to corporate.
£8 to park overnight for one night while a guest of the hotel is just a hidden charge that should be included in the room rate.
Reception staff and manager showed appalling service.
Redeeming factor was an excellent breakfast.

Dirty and overpriced, restaurant wasn't any better. I would advise everyone to avoid at all cost, wouldn't house the homeless there. Staff are rude and unhelpful Bed was absolutely disgusting and smelly

Now given over to the boat people by all accounts. Can’t book a room here, Staff sacked, gym memberships and weddings cancelled. Lock up your daughters, people of Kegworth. I wonder if the girl in the picture was sacked since they barely need any staff now.

The hotel was nice if a little dated and the pool & spa facilities were OK. However, I only became aware that they charge £8 per day parking when arriving at Reception. When I was considering cancelling my booking because of it Reception waived the parking charge. Other than that my stay was fine. I would stay again if they dropped the parking charge. I personally think it is sly of a hotel to charge parking when it should be in with the price. Its like going to buy a car and the seller charging extra for the wheels!

Stayed here for a function and had a very enjoyable time. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Amenities were excellent. Breakfast had everything you needed to start the day. Would stay here again

Stayed here a few times but really feel this last visit wasn't as great as before.Basic menu where having extras ie sauces or onion rings etc.. cost £4 each!! And a service charge is added 10% which I think should be up to the guest!! Reeds Gym needs to sort out staff on reception as we had to wait a few minutes to be serviced and we noticed other people also waiting 10+ minutes to be serviced. Room was perfect but walls are thin

Yew lodge hotel cancelled our wedding with less than 3 months notice. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Completely destroyed our special day. We will not be using you again. Stayed many times but this is disgraceful
