Excellent location. Supermarket, tram station, train station, gas station everything is within 200m - 400m distanc. Property is squeaky clean. Good heating system. Limited but wonderful breakfast options (it can also be complimentary based on room reservation type). Hotel staff speak German and English(some speak French too). Had a wonderful stay.

Haben das Hotel wegen seiner tollen Lage gewählt. Die Haltestelle ist gegenüber und man ist in gut 20 Minuten in Straßburg. Das Hotel ist sauber, ordentlich und das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Auch das Frühstück war okay. Einzig die Lautstärke des Verkehrs war störend. Im Sommer würden wir das Hotel nicht buchen. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Im Winter aber vollkommen okay.

Séjour agréable dans ce petit hôtel. Propre, calme, facile d'accès via le tram. Personnel agréable et a l'écoute.
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner ouvert de 6h à 10h mais qui victime de son succès n'est plus réapprovisionné après 9h.

O hotel é bom no geral; fica bem próximo à fronteira com Strasbourg o que facilita a visita à cidade; há 3 supermercados e uma DM Drogerie bem próximos e a parada de tram é quase em frente. A estação de trem fica bem próxima também.
O café da manhã é bom, sem opções de pães doces ou bolos para quem é adepto.
O atendimento é efetivo e amigável.
Contudo, poderia melhorar em alguns pontos como:
Wifi: sinal ruim (fraco, intermitente);
Quarto: não há chaleira térmica e minibar (seria um grande atrativo já que não há muitas opções para jantar).
Banheiro: o fechamento da área molhada é ruim e não é difícil você encharcar o banheiro inteiro ao tomar banho.

Insgesamt machte das Zimmer keinen sauberen Eindruck. Angefangen mit Müll unter dem Schreibtisch, über die spärliche Beleuchtung bis zu völlig verfleckten Polsterstühlen und Teppichboden. Möbel alt und verschlissen.
Im Bad keine Möglichkeit nasse Waschlappen aufzuhängen.
Für 1-2 Nächte ok.
