fantastic family run hotel with a very personal welcome and approach to their guests. Great buzz in the hotel bar with locals and visitors adding to the a**osphere. Delicious Guiness on tap. The hotel is well known for its food and once again it didn't disappoint. I always enjoy staying here when i am in the area on business

Third visit to this hotel stopping to break the journey further south and yet again everything A1. The staff are fantastic the room very clean and comfortable. Had an evening meal in the lounge which was outstanding value for money as was the breakfast. Will definitely be booking to stay on our next trip

Lovely Hotel. Excellent food and breakfast was really nice. We attended a family wedding and the staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful. Great location and the rooms were lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

Visited here for a night out. Very friendly staff. A nice homely ambiance in the lounge area with a one man band. The place was clean and tidy. Didn’t dine here so cannot comment. Two of the younger bar staff could do with extra training in regards to their attitude. Drink prices varied for the same two drinks from €12-10 to €13-00 to €13-30. The problem with tapping your card.

Lovely room in quite an old but updated building - the staff were pleasant and always helpful, meals were great, the bed comfortable and the shower with plenty of hot water. I'd been before and this time didn't betray my memory.

I had a lovely stay in the Headfort Arms Hotels , The rooms are very comfortable and of good size , They are extremely clean, When I'm in County Meath on business I usually stay there and they are good value , The Bar food is very good and the staff are very friendly , A nice family owned business who look after their customers , I can highly recommend it

Travelled to Kells as part of a golf society outing, staying at the Headfort Arms over two nights. The service was superb and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent with the cooked breakfast amongst the best I've had. Only a minor issue but I was located on the 2nd floor and on the Saturday evening the music from the lounge could be heard until the small hours so if you are looking for a early night then request a room on the upper floors. Otherwise, could not fault it. Didn't get a chance to sample the Spa and other facilities but really enjoyed the trip and can thoroughly recommend the hotel.

We took a last minute value break and we were not disappointed From the moment of our arrival until departure we were so well cared for The attention to detail is superb we enjoyed dinner on both evenings and delicious breakfast with great choice Will look forward to returning to the hotel again
