Kelowna Bed & Breakfast - Chatham House

My boyfriend and I had a great time at Chatham House. We arrived later than expected (midnight) and were still greeted with a smile by the host. Spacious room with our own private entrance. Koi pond and hot tub were relaxing. We had the garden room with it's own outdoor balcony sitting space which was awesome. Their Chef Pierre was very kind as he had a pastry chef friend of his make a small sampler of raspberry and lemon cake for us since it was my birthday. Breakfast was light yet fulfilling. Close enough to take the bus into town or 5 min drive to explore local breweries and restaurants. Be sure to bring slippers or flip flops as they don't allow shoes in the rooms or common spaces.

Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. We were so fortunate to meet the others guests during our stay. All were lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely patio. Breakfasts were awesome. Obviously we can’t say enough about our stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

An beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown Kelowna. The amenities were plentiful, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast, delicious. Absolutely would book again on my next trip!

This was the 3rd time my wife and I have stayed at Chatham house over several years. It is an excellent property. It's in a quiet neighborhood, 20 minute walk from the waterfront. The suites are large and comfortable. Our suite had a fridge and microwave in it. Clean and nicely furnished. While we had access to the common area through an inside door, we also had a private outside door which makes coming and going easier. The staff have always been very helpful and go out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. As an example, we were in Kelowna this time for our daughter's convocation and Donna invited her to join us for breakfast one morning. She bought our daughter flowers to congratulate her on graduation! That is way above and beyond regular hospitality. Highly recommend this B&B

In addition to the exceptional facilities, Donna was a superb host. She was person-centered, interactive, and responsive to guest interests and needs. When reviewing such businesses, we tend to think in terms of the three P's - People, Place, and Product. Kelowna Bed and Breakfast has it all! Attentive personnel, charming spaces, and delectable food and beverages.

A beautiful oasis from the hot weather. Wonderful attention to the details. Would recommend for a city break.

Great stay. Recommended

A group of 9 of us stayed here over the May long weekend and WOW! The hot tub was a very nice treat and the oversized outdoor deck, with koi pond, was fantastic. Inside provided a great space to socialize and, at the same time, it was easy to sneak away and have time to yourself as well. Tara and Amanda were amazing hosts, preparing absolutely amazing food for us during our stay. And they were generally very nice and friendly people. I'm so glad to have met them. I would stay at this property again and again in heart beat!
