Great location and the hotel is pet friendly. The only downside is that the road beside the hotel is quite noisy which makes leaving your window open impossible at night. Great staff, and a very clean room. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel is overall good! Parking is limited and not convenient for trucks but, normal cars can park without problems. I liked the hotel and would go back.

It was a great stay

This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.

The photo we saw on the PBH showed the building surrounded by a big lawn. We were actually concerned it was out of town. When we arrived, having pre-paid, we found it is located on the corner (no lawn) of a 6 lane highway and 4 lane main thoroughfare. We had opted for most expensive room in one of the more expensive hotels. The traffic noise in the room was deafening. Even with the complimentary ear plugs the noise could not be drowned out. Our room was begrudgingly changed. It was better, but not perfect. The view from the rooms was the highway with a crowded balcony or the Mission Church and parking lot...a little grungy. Oh...we never found the beach. There was a nice park across the 4 lane street, along the lake good for walking. BTW, parking was extra!
