Loved staying with Colin and Lisa. They are very accommodating and hospitable. The whole house is impeccable. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Would definitely book again!!

Huge room with three beds (one in a separate alcove area). Convenient shower tub. Exhausted after a long hike from Melrose, so slept well despite hot room. Wifi was not fast. Bed was a little small. Bath/shower gel in bathroom but I can’t remember the brand.

Excellent place to stay, vey accommodating, really friendly couple, that own the B&B food was great. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, would highly recommend as a place to stay. Great location within walking distance of the main square.

Such a wonderful find. The couple who run this guesthouse are very welcoming. Our family room was very spacious and comfortable and the Scottish breakfast was delicious. The room had 2 beds in one room and a bed in a room just off the main room. Perfect for families.

Inglestone House hosts Colin and Lisa were very welcoming, the place was spotless, the rooms we stayed in were spacious, comfortable with drink making facilities. The en-suite was well appointed, the room had a flat TV, Twin very comfortable beds, room to sit and relax, there was an hairdryer too. The breakfasts were excellent, we were very happy with every aspect of Inglestone House, the hosts were engaging and had local knowledge. The location was excellent a stones through from the centre. We will definitely be back!

From start to finish, we have nothing but praise... The house itself is beautiful, the decor and furnishings are lovely. The beds were comfy and the linen was immaculate. My husband is a wheelchair user so we took a huge room in the lower part of the house, (accessed via a ramp), it was gorgeous. Lisa and Colin were wonderful hosts who go the extra mile without over shaddowing your stay. They brought our tasty breakfast down to our room as hubby can't do stairs and everything was hot and beautifully presented. The quality of our food was great. The location of our room was perfect, overlooking the busy little market square, so covenient. We recomend this beautiful place 100%.

Fantastic hosts with a very cheery welcome, room very spacious and large bathroom, lovely to have fresh milk for coffee, advised where to eat and with 10% off, slept well, fantastic breakfast next morning then we had to say our goodbyes, will recommend to friends.

Arrived after a long journey stuck on the M6 for over an hour.But when I pulled up outside the B&B, I was amazed that there was a parking space outside. The owners Colin and Lisa made me feel very welcome, and it felt like a home from home, the B&B was spotlessly clean, and I amazed by the size of my room (5) Very central for all amenities and a perfect place to stay with everything close by. Would definatley stay here again.
