spacious chalet style room but the parking a little bit muddy..maybe because of the rain season..the aircond was controlled to function on/off on its own ..making the room felt hotter..

I booked a superior room, but being replaced with family delluxe which claim with price more expinsive than superior.
But, the fact is, we’d being booked and stay at superior before and knew excactly what it look like. And the room they’re offered or ahould it say scam was more horrible and downgraded.
So please, sir. It’s not about money we matter - but still counted - but the satisfied we’d wish to experinced. Please, up your services for your great

Resort quite old and badly maintained. Already change to new room as the first room was not clean and seems like somebody stayed in there.
