Location and service was good. Need a good location to stay to go to JGU the next morning which was around 10-15 minutes. Staff was polite and good. Unfortunately cleanliness, facilities was bad.. towel given 1 only, no toiletries, no hair dryer, no iron, no 3 pin plug.. need to get the 2 pin adapter if you need to charge handphone.Suppose to stay for 2 nites but cancelled 1 nite and moved to a different hotel.
