The place is beautiful on the side full of trees and flowers, there's couples of construction happening, not disturbing though. Clean rooms ND enough parking. The owner by the name of Stevie, very kind humble gentle man. He was there when we needed anything and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Very great host.

We spent a restful night at the Blue Mango between flights. It is conveniently near OR Tambo airport, yet in a quiet part of Kempton Park. Lovely, lush garden; clean and comfortable room. Our host, Daisy, was very warm, welcoming and interesting. We had a great chat over dinner.

An excellent resting place after a busy day. Away from the city noise though it is in the big city. Enjoyed the peaceful sleep and being wakened by the sound of beautiful birds. Will definitely come back.

The place is suitably located very close to the OR Tambo airport, the staff is friendly, very neat all around. The food is top notch, you cannot get the freshly cooked, healthy and unique dishes personally made by the owner/chef.

This is a cute guest house not far from the airport. Stevie and a friend picked the 8 of us up from the airport and after we settled in, we were served a delicious meal under the stars. The next morning we were up early as we had a long trip ahead of us. Stevie packed us a wonderful breakfast for the road. Great service!

A home away from home. The most awesome stay cation. Cosy room, clean sheets, hospitality top grade. What could a gal want more.. I woke up to a very hearty breakfast too.Owner adds that unique touch to the guests experience

Great little lodge just outside of the airport. Stayed for one night. You pay less but get more compared to the regular airport hotels. They have a very unique restaurant. The hosts will look after all your needs and make sure you are well looked after. Dont stay at the airport hotels. Experience a bit of the real South Africa. Restaurant is something very special.

Steevie is an amazing host and its house is like a little paradise !! The place is near Johanesbourg and Steevie is really nice, he comes to the airport to pick you up, and he makes amazing breakfast !! Thank you for all the things you teached us about South Africa and for your reception !! Marion

I have stayed at Blue Mango several times over the last few years, and once took the whole family there when they came to visit from the U.S. It's conveniently located next to the airport, the rooms and beds are very comfortable, and the dinner and breakfast are always outstanding. Stevie is a great host and always working hard to please the guests. This is a great hidden gem.
