The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. However, the WiFi was unreliable and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating. It’s okay for a short stay.

The hotel room dirty floors ad carpet,also their food very bad ad not well plated ad also beds hv no flat sheet u just hv a duvet cover lastly they were rude ad unprofessional i would not recommend or revisit

Reception faced a crisis when their servers broke down. The staff remained helpful and friendly throughout, despite being overwhelmed with large numbers of visitors. The hotel is well maintained and clean

Great hotel! We were very well received by the staff, and the check-in and check-out process was super fast. The main highlight is the free round-trip airport shuttle. For those looking for practicality and who don't want to worry about transportation, it's the perfect choice. I highly recommend it!

I've never been at a better hotel my whole life. Trust me, the hotel is such a "Wow!" I will definitely go there for my honeymoon, from Zambia! The location is superb, so close to the airport. Shuttle from the airport and to the airport is free!

Very nice service provided by the staff. Location was good and there was airport pick up and drop off! Do look out for their booth. Otherwise, room service can be better and more prompt

My husband arrived early at the hotel (7am) , tired and exhausted after a long flight and staff were not helpful with getting him into the room atleast a little earlier than the check-in time or offered any other available room , he was told to wait until 2pm to check into his room . Also , he asked for a halal meal when calling room service and they just told him they don’t have anything , instead of offering an alternative . I really hope that in future , the service of this hotel would be more helpful .

Staff Behaviour Review – The Good, the Bad and the Ugly The staff experience at this hotel was a mixture of genuinely positive moments and areas that require serious improvement. To begin with, the receptionist was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism set a good tone for the stay, and the manager’s gesture of offering us a free early check-in was both thoughtful and appreciated. However, beyond these initial interactions, the level of service became inconsistent. Some staff members seemed distracted, unapproachable, or unwilling to assist when needed. Basic requests took longer than expected, and there were moments where their attitude came across as uninterested or indifferent. In hospitality, a simple smile, prompt response, or willingness to help make all the difference, but unfortunately, these were lacking in several encounters. The room attendants should really reduce their noise level. I experienced sleep disturbances multiple times in the morning, and as a late riser, it affected my rest. A quieter approach during cleaning hours would make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, while a few team members demonstrated excellent customer service, the inconsistency among the staff created an experience that could have been much better. With proper training and improved attentiveness, the hotel has the potential to offer a far more professional and welcoming environment.

The hotel room wasn't very big, but it's very close to the airport and the hotel shuttle is also great. It's very convenient for catching a flight and spending a night.
