I enjoyed my stay, I had great service

Service team are consistently good / welcoming across all areas

We booked two rooms and stayed few nights in this hotel. We were assisted by Mr Juan A, who, together with Ms Luciana T, ensured that everything is great! Mr Juan responded promptly and clearly to every single of our messages regarding to the hotel, and he helped us with transportation. Rooms: Both rooms were spacious and had a specific design. We stayed on one of the upper floors. It was silent and the bed was confortable. In the room you have 4 pillows, 2 armchairs or a sofa, table, kettle (coffee and tea), mini fridge, etc. and big windows (I believe it is a good room to work too). Barroom: A big shower with 2 options for running the water. It would be great if they would add one more hanger in the bathroom, since there is only one in the room for two. However, you can hang your clothes in the wardrobe in the room. They left us a toothbrush, a toothpaste, a mouthwash, a soap, and other small things. There is also a body shower gel, a shampoo and a conditioner (good ones!). Area of the hotel: There is a swimming pool, a gym and other places available to use. Breakfast: Buffet, but there are some things you can also order separately. I liked fried eggs, yogurt and fruits. Parking: Parking is available. You have to check if you have to pay additional fee for it. We never waited longer than 3-4 minutes that they bring our car in front of the hotel. Location: This depends on your needs in Miami. For us it was great because we wanted to be in the middle of everything - Miami Beach/downtown, airport and Key West (we did a day trip, I’ll share about it on YouTube). If you have a car, it is super easy to move around. There is a shopping center nearby, and also rent a car office (like 10 min walk).

It’s a safe, clean hotel, but most of all, an amazing staff. I’ve slept only one hour before my trip and asked if i could get an early check in so i could sleep right after leaving the airport. They graciously obliged. So thankful for that. As for the rooms they are spacious, with super comfy beds, quiet and spotless clean bathrooms. I'd recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very helpful and nice. The parking is too expensive.

This hotel is an absolute stain on the Marriott brand. They have no concierge lounge so for lifetime Platinum members there are none of the comforts that you expect when on the road, and no warning at time of booking. Upon arrival there is no water in the rooms - a standard set up at a full svc marriott is 2 bottles. The front desk NEVER answers the ‘at your svc’ calls from the room. There is no gift shop and hence no sundries should u need something, instead u are ordered to walk to the courtyard and use theirs 🤣. I went to the front desk to ask for bottles of water and it took 30 min, and instead of offering to just bring them to my room I was asked to wait there because they don’t “do that. “. The staff is apathetic and the svc at the bar as poor as you would expect. Also, elite status members not given high floor or even the refurbished rooms, just assigned at random without care. DO NOT STAY HERE if you expect an experience like any other full service Marriott - this is by far the worst run Marriott and worst experience delivered of any marriott i have stayed at and I have almost 1300 night. The Marriott Logo shld be *****ped from the walls immediately.
