Really nice AC attached to the Dadeland Mall. Garage parking is free and ample. You typically enter the hotel on the second floor and have to take the elevator down to the first floor for check in. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable! Location in Dadeland is great.

Hotel is new and updated friendly front desk staff. The only fault was our shower “amenities were empty “. I would prefer the individual samples they used to give out.
Also what happened to complimentary coffee? That was also empty and I was told you have to pay for it. So in my book you are lacking in amenities.

Our stay was great but every morning at 10 am there is no more hot water, this was at least three days in a row, not sure why. May be they need a larger boiler.

Rough to find parking to check in... Had to circle the block a few times before we could get a spot! Honestly, the pool and restaurant here are great. But the room felt a little sp****. Modern and pretty, but no where to hang towels for two people. No drawers to unpack. The shower looks great but is a little unique to get it to work. The mall was convenient for snacks and shopping, but the pathway to get in from the garage tended to be locked earlier than listed... So we had to walk around anyway. Mixed feelings about this hotel, but definitely loved the food and the cabanas at the pool! Free parking is nice too.
