Car park to small but car was crashed into by another car so not a good morning when we came down to the car
At breakfast time the kitchen had ran out of harsh browns bread mushroom so not good as I’m a vegetarian

Staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good, though there are meat alternatives for vegetarians if that is important to you. The room itself was quite nice.
The problem was the specific room we were given. Room 109 (and I assume many of the other rooms on the first floor) is right above the bar. Both nights we were disrupted by noises. On the Thursday, live music was playing very loudly from 8pm until past 10pm. Being directly above the bar, the music was incredibly disruptive! On Friday, music began at 10pm. I actually called reception at 11:30pm as the music hadn't stopped. They were very apologetic and said they would get the music turned off straight away (which they did), as it should have turned off at 11pm. While I appreciate how quickly the issue was resolved once I complained, it's poor that the hotel allows loud music to play until such a late time. I appreciate it was a Friday night, but I was working the next day, and the noise both nights really disrupted my sleep. The fan/heating unit was also so loud that we could not use it. I had a discount on the room, but I would have been incredibly disappointed if I had paid full price.

Great location in Kenilworth with plenty of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel was clean & the breakfast was excellent.

Worst trip to a hotel. How is this even a holiday inn? ACs/heaters not working in rooms, faulty shower, spiders on bed,etc. Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT GO especially with families. #holidayinn #IHG

Positives, Staff were great, the bar below and breakfast couldn't fault, ate out though in the evening, way better pubs within in a 5 min walk, Negatives: Air con blowing warm air, Disgusting state of aircon air vent, pic attached, looks likes it's been years since serviced Toilet seat not attached, pic attached Tap loose, I thought it was going to fall off! Pics attached Mould, moss on all the outside windows, Random toilet seat left in the hallway under the fire extinguisher Poor parking availability, non electric cars parked in the electric bays Overall state of rooms poor, as in quality and age not necessaryly meant dirty, TV was cracked / outer casing, still worked though Shower pressure was pathetic, Lucky to get two stars, looking at other feedback it's clear the owners just thank people for their feedback and do nothing to fix the issues,

Friendly staff and a good hotel room. The room, especially the bathroom could be cleaner but other than that ot was fine. Beds are really nice and clean. Hotel is a little older so quite noisy. If you re a light sleeper bring some plugs. Restaurant is good. Nice seating and I had a wonderfull steak which was served timely and with a smile. Breakfast is very nice with more than enough choice, with again, very friendly staff. I ve been coming here for years when visiting our UK office and it s always a pleasant stay although the restaurant upgrade was very welcome.

Went to the valentine evening with a much younger guest.🥰the food and service was excellent as was the company. 40years younger maybe beautiful young lady. Above my pay grade . The entertainment was fantastic Callum the bar manager was a delight singing his heart out , you’ve got to love him , talented beyond words.the accompanying singer was also exceptional in all a wonderful experience you should come to the next event One happy customer

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room nice and clean, however the windows don’t open and the air con system wasn’t working so woke up

We visited the hotel for a lecture and lunch Technical Institute function in the Leamington Suite. I had organised this with the event organiser Molly and everything went like clockwork. The Duty Manager Amran was more than helpful and all the attendees were extremely happy with the event. They catered for our dietary requirements and the food was great. Aim to book again next year.
