Personalet og rengøringen er helt i top, elskede disse 2 ting.
Vores TV virkede ikke og jeg sagde det 2 gange til receptionen + at der ikke blev fyldt op med the og kaffe på værelset, så måtte ned og hente selv.
Der manglede alternativer til morgenmaden og jeg måtte spørge efter ting flere gange hver dag.
Placeringen er fantastisk, mangler dog en pool på taget.

Ce que j’ai apprécié le plus dans cette hôtel, c’est la sérénité. Il n’y a aucun bruit dans la chambre bien isolé comme si on étiez dans une bulle très bien isolé à part autour de l’hôtel qui est très beau la saleté de l’extérieur autour de l’hôtel et quelques j’oublie des femmes de chambre au revoir, sinon j’ai passé un très bon séjour. Le service était parfait. Il est l’hôtel est très beau très accueillant et très agréable. Je reviendrai dans cette hôtel avec un grand plaisir et sans hésitation.

Le staff change souvent et on trouve des difficultés à communiquer avec eux surtout lorsqu’on viens tout les deux mois environs. Pas de place de parking disponible et la rue est très agitée. Grand déclin par rapport à son ouverture. Quel dommage ! Wifi instable parfois absent.

Sans tenir compte du fait que cet hôtel ne dispose pas d’un nombre suffisant de places de parking, ce dernier vous propose de vous garer à l’extérieur en se libèrant de toute responsabilité lorsqu’une dépanneuse arrive ! Surtout, ne vous attendez pas à ce qu’un responsable de l’hôtel intervienne, en tout cas, pas avant d'avoir fait un scandale, et qu’un soit disant “responsable” de l’hôtel sorte dire deux mots et disparaisse. Pire, l’insolence de la réceptionniste vous laissera sans mots. Aujourd’hui, j’ai été sidérée par sa réponse face à ma colère lorsque je lui ai dit “merci pour votre accueil et votre sens de responsabilité”, figurez vous que cette dernière m'a répondu par “C’est gratuit” Quel élan incroyable de politesse et de responsabilité !

is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I went on a sunday for dettsec show and had the best time! Great party atmosphere, the sound system was terrific, the light show and Dj were incredible. We had GUESTLIST entry and waited around 30mins other than this everything perfect.

Came to this hotel to see dettsec. Probably one of the best parties I have visit. Bought tickets ahead of time which I highly recommend. Place was overcrowd, I dont know if its always likw that or it was directly related to the DJ. Drinks are expensive as any other hotel in Kenitra. The lights and sounds are amazing. Place was clean and security were not rude. I would go back anytime!

Went to a Dettsec halloween night at the hotel and loved every minute. Best experience I have had at a party, everything was great and clean, friendly staff. The decoration was just amazing, atmosphere amazing.

Je ne pensais pas qu'il y avait ce niveau de luxe à Kénitra.. les 4 étoiles sont amplement méritées ! A part le fait que nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous avons pris des photos sur place car la décoration est juste magnifique et puis la restauration est classe et rafinée ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter :)
