The guy at the front desk was very polite and the service was very good. The hotel has a gym and a small swimming pool. There are many eating options around.
The only thing is that I booked it on Ctrip as a Crown Hotel, but before departure I was informed that the name had changed and it was not Crown Hotel at all. This operation of Ctrip is indeed a bit unacceptable and belongs to false propaganda...

First off they put me in a room that was obvious it was not available ao got another a little better.i was upset about the jacuzzi..i was expecting to get in it with my fiance it was valentines instead i thought a monster might jump.out the pool it was so nasty...breakfast is included and what they have to offer is just not worth it...

Did not see a cleaning person at all in 4 days. Had to get coffee from front desk. Staff were very friendly

The location isn’t fabulous, but the staff was really lovely. The room we were in had major issues with electricity and very few lights worked. The beds are ok, but the room was clean and the staff was really awesome.
