We only stayed overnight but it wasn’t very clean and everything was damp. I get that it’s down south, but it was almost as if it sprinkled in the whole room. The bed sheets were damp and the floors were grossly wet. The customer service rep at the front was visibly aggravated at the customer in front of us and couldn’t find our reservation at first because of the way this app booked it. The breakfast looked okay, but after the evening, I didn’t stay for the food. Wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel hasn't been updated since Katrina. On top of that the entire establishment didn't have hot water for the 2 out of 3 nights I had booked. I don't know about the 3rd night because I left without checking out, figured they needed the money. People were friendly but obviously accustomed to being subpar at best. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this "Hotel"

This is absolutely the worst Hilton i’ve ever stayed in. Our shower was clogged, they wouldn’t let us get more towels, no breakfast, just an overall terrible experience. I can’t believe it

I paid 400 for this room. Room smelled very musty. The toilet was leaking on the floor. Containers in shower were empty. 6 people in the room but only 2 towels. Hallways smelled like pot. Very old not updated. also music playing all night.

It is hard to believe that Hilton is allowing this hotel to be run under its brand. 1. it is very outdated 2. the floors and the bathroom tub were very, very slippery as if they were using the wrong cleaning product. The floor in my room was weirdly uneven. The breakfast area is too small. There is not enough help to get peoples breakfasts on time. The selection is very substandard. The only plus that can be said about this facility is its proximity to the convention center.

Poor condition of facility. Damp carpeted floor in room, lots of flying insects in room, stained carpets and upholstered chair in room so nasty I covered it with a blanket before sitting in it, curtains falling apart, dents in walls, housekeeping service only every other day, strong smell in hallway On positive side, Bed comfy Microwave in room nice to have Location to Pontchartrain convention center is ideal Staff friendly
