Impressed how quiet room was so near to airport.
Even with lots of renovations going on it was easy to maneuver the place. Free shuttle was great.

Customer satisfaction. My television was not working. ***** at the front desk reacted quickly and sent the maintenance guy right away. Dustin (the maintenance guy) was absolutely courteous and very resourceful. He fixed it all. WOW!!!!

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, clean and had everything but the clock didn’t work (or I couldn’t figure it out) and one of the lamps had a bad bulb.
