I love this hotel,, it’s been several months since I’ve stayed here due to a change in business,, but back in New Orleans again. First thing I had to do was talk to the front desk about extending my reservation by one day,, strictly due to bad planning on my companies part, nothing to do with the hotel. However, it took me longer to ride the elevator down than it did for these amazing people to accommodate me, make my change, and keep me in the same room. Then I experienced an issue with my air conditioner, that before I could speak with someone at the front desk, Daniel, the maintenance engineer approached me and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I was excited because this is exactly who I need help from, after I explain the situation he immediately came to the room and immediately made the corrections that were needed. This is the place to stay when you’re in New Orleans on business. There’s plenty of time and opportunity to get down to the French Quarter,, but it’s easy in and out to the airport, the staff takes great care of you, and restaurant with bar on site. Thank you Hilton. I will be back next month.
