Facilities are older and needing some sprucing up. Front desk staff very good. Bath room clean. Floors in bedroom area felt sticky.

The Hilton Garden inn was very clean, staff friendly, and the food at their restaurant was good. Had full bar as well. It is pet friendly which is a plus for us! We liked it so much that we will stay here on our return trip!

I didnt really enjoy my stay. First i requested extra pillows rhat i didnt get. Next the policy of not allowing a door dash deluvery to my room really sucks and ill never stay anywhere again that has that policy. I thought the room was outdated and not really comfortable and the tv set up with basic cable and the most aggravating remote control ever. I mean the sign on your building isnt even lite up.

Our family has been staying at this hotel for many years, driving from FL to OH in the summer and at Christmas. The hotel is the best in the area. There are great dining options, and the homemade breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean, showers are refreshing, and we always know we will be comfortable. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. A

Nice room, clean, smelled good, hot shower. Went to make coffee in the Kuerig but it was broke. Went to the lobby, saw continental breakfast set out, Very friendly man got us some decaf and asked if we would like eggs and bacon. We said sure, only found after sitting down to eat that it cost $13 ea. No one mentioned it. Even continental alone would have been $9.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The king room had been updated, the bed was very comfy (we slept like babies). The staff was friendly and attentive. I need to give a special thank you to chef Javier and his daughter Nancy. We showed up late for breakfast and they kindly served us even though everything had been cleared away. Thank you! We will be returning to this HGI on our way to Florida.
