My husband was at Kennestone Hospital and the Holliday Express was the only hotel close to the hospital with a vacancy. I was very content with the room, the complimentary breakfast and the easy parking.

Great location.. but make sure to wake up early if you want breakfast , they run out breakfast at 8:00am … supposed to be open until 9:30/
The location is great because has a lot of restaurant options around. The ice maker didn’t work.

This Hotel is very run down and in serious need of an upgrade. It is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Hair in the shower and bathroom floor, drain clogged in the sink and plunger missing, broken tiles in the bathroom, popcorn ceiling pieces missing, stained carpet. The lobby floor was dirty. One of the elevators was broken and the other very slow. The yogurt at breakfast was lukewarm, so I was afraid to eat it. We only stayed for 1 night. This hotel has tainted the IHG brand for me .

This is a convenient location if you want access to shopping and restaurants, but it’s clearly a very old hotel. The lobby was normal enough, but our room had stains all over the carpet and what looked like old water leak spots on the the ceiling and walls. If the bed had seemed questionable at all, I would have asked for a refund. The bed seemed clean, and the employees were nice. The tv had very limited channels and wasn’t a smart tv to be able to stream anything. If street traffic will keep you awake, this isn’t a good location for you.
