We got a bad set up on with a room so close to the lobby but it was so loud. We had someone screaming from 12-3:30am, we were terrified. The morning worker wasn’t any quieter yelling down the hallway and slamming every door. So overall it was a pretty horrible night but I’m sure it’s not always that bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Delores (the maid) was amazing. The way she can remember names and care for her customers is impressive. She even knew my dad when he showed up on occassion saying, "He must be your father because "you look alike".
They could, however, use a bell at the front desk.

The room has a small kitchen which is great if you need one, but we did not. The carpet in the room still had animal hair- not sure it was ever vacuumed. That being said, the sheets and towels were clean, and there were no bugs. The entryway smelled like ****, but the 3rd floor hallway and rooms were fine. Their to-go breakfast was adequate. The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel overall is old and rundown-looking, but not sketchy. It was a good hotel for the budget at the time.

The staff is amazing would recommend they provide excellent customer service and it's always clean the managers are professional and courteous at all times, the property could use some renovations and furniture updated but overall worth the money

This is my go to when I need to visit the Kennesaw area. Staff is always pleasant as well as the rooms clean. This visit there was a terrible sound while I was trying to sleep. Couldn’t figure out what it was. Low and behold it was the refrigerator/ freezer. Room 229. It was reported to the front desk staff this morning.
