We booked this hotel thru ******* and they gave us a handicap room by accident, we asked to be moved to another king room but were told they had no more. When we asked about a double queen they said it would be another $40. So we ended up staying in the handicap room with nowhere to sit not a single couch just a chair and a desk. They were unwilling to help us out in anyway. This is the hotel staff not *******.

We wanted a hotel close to shopping and restaurants for our stop between the coast and Montana. I don’t usually stay at Quality Inns and normally stay at hotel with more stars but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For a great price, we got a large room with two king beds. It was very clean throughout, Two elevators made it easy to access rooms and social distance. The only complaint I have was that the family above us either had a dance team rehearsal in their room or simply let their kids run and jump well past 10 pm.
