experienced on April 10, 2024 this business lies and steals from its guests..! at check-in I was charged a normal room-fee plus a normal pet -fee AND an outrageous deposit of $ 200.00.. they refunded me only $ 150.00 claiming that I smoked in my room. I am 85 years old and stopped smoking over 40 years ago and live in a building demanding tenants NOT to smoke as a condition of rental. that charge was NOT disclosed on the ******* booking site and so forced me to pay it or lose my room rental fee.! I have notified the Ontario Tourism Office, the BBB, the Kenora Chamber of Commerce, the ORHMA, etc but none has any interest of helping given the small amount involved. Just be aware of the crooked way this business operates !!!

I had to check out within minutes of arriving. The room was disgusting. I immediately check the sheets and they were stained. There were loads of intoxicated people outside. This place should not be listed as a viable option to stay at.

Lack of locking door...anyone from the street can walk in... Tiny shower. Expensive for what this facility offers.
