Property rating and staff - very good. IHG reservations and points - wildly bad. Stayed for one night - lovely property, recently redone, comfortable and clean stay. Kitchen with full-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, cupboard - would be great if staying full weeks. Comfy bed. Well-lit bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out. Quiet room. Reservation snafu was beyond the pale -- website didn't work properly, thus called the reservation line for points-and-cash reservation. That reservation got booked under someone else's profile, and it took two people (the general manager Denise, and me) AN HOUR on the phone with more than three agents *each* to solve it. Denise knew her way around the call centers and the systems - and even then, the call center agents could not solve the problem. We got to our room an hour after we arrived... hungry and tired. Check-in should've been a three-minute experience.
