The room is quite hygienic and the store environment is convenient. Breakfast is provided the next morning. The overall impression is pretty good. There is a place to park at the door and it is quite complete.

I don’t usually stay at Fairfield Inns, but this one had really nice rooms. The beds were super comfortable and the furnishings were nice, especially the shelving in the bathroom area. Breakfast was really good with extra food items not typically seen at other hotel chains. Lots of renovations going on downstairs will make this a great place really soon!

Under construction and not stated on website! Gym was a treadmill and elliptical in a hotel room. No ice on first floor. Lots of rooms still under construction.

The property was under construction so. Not great. There were kids running up and down the halls. We were told we were not on the same floor as the kids from a hockey convention but they were running all over the hotel and messing with door handles and being crazy. The walls were paper thin and you can hear the people in the next room talking. Definitely would not recommend if you want quiet.

This visit started off really badly even before it began. After booking in March, I received an email 3 days prior to arrival, letting me know that they were "finishing" their renovations. There was no indication at the time of booking that any renovation was going on. If there were, I would have booked elsewhere. I responded to that email and asked why there was no prior notice given - and to no surprise, I received no response. Well, there was no front door, no lobby, and a temporary entrance in the back of the building, surrounded by dumpsters and construction trailers. Not the most aesthetic experience, but whatever. (Mind you, all the parking is, logically, in FRONT of the building). We checked in, and the front desk person said "we have no lobby, but all our rooms are completely renovated." I thought, cool, I don't sleep in the lobby anyway. We entered what I thought was a reasonably clean room, but that changed once I looked deeper. It was about 50 degrees in the room so I quickly turned up the AC. I went to set up the iron, and when I moved the iron, there was about 10 years of dust surrounding it in it's location. I picked up the ironing board, and it literally disintegrated in my hands. The escutcheon around the showerhead was not attached to the wall, and loaded with rust and crud. The escutcheon on the safety rail in the shower was also not attached, revealing that the safety rail was also only connected to the wall with ONE screw, leaving two holes empty - and the screws weren't just missing - they were never installed, as there was no hole in the tile - can't wait until someone who NEEDS this rail tries to use it. The showerhead was clogged with years of scale and rust, causing the water to dribble out in every direction except at your body. The refillable shower amenity pumps were also empty. There were various spots of mold and grossness scattered around the bathroom too. When I left for the evening, I mentioned these items to the front desk. I returned to the room in the exact same condition. That evening in bed, the room was dreadfully warm. I set the AC back down to 70, nothing happened. I turned it down to 65, nothing happened. Apparently because it was set so low before my arrival, it was frozen. So no AC on the first night! I did go on the app and request that the shower amenities be refilled, and those were filled the next day.... but nothing else was touched. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted daily housekeeping service. I said "yes" and did not receive any. When I inquired the next day, I was told "housekeeping is only on request." I said I did request it, and then I was promptly told "oh, it's only every two days." I'm fine with that, but was not informed, and as such, had tossed all our towels on the floor. I asked if I could get new towels, and was told yes, and that was done while I was out. So someone went to my room, but still ignored ALL the other things I reported. DAy 2, t

This hotel is in the process of being remodeled. That was not made clear on their website. The website made it sound like it is all remodeled. I was surprised walking into a lobby and 1st floor that was still ripped apart. I had another nearby option that I would have chosen if I had known that. The staff were very kind and efficient. We were in a remodeled 4th floor room. The newly remodeled room was very nice. I had booked a king bed, but got switched to 2 queens because of the remodeling.
