If you are visiting the campus this is a beautiful place to stay! It's right across the street and a perfect location! The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

Overall a most enjoyable hotel. Great property, convenient location. I would happily stay here again. I had to laugh after I saw a review of their pillows - I have to agree, nothing short of neck breaking horrible. I can only assume that the world’s best pillow salesman must have made the sale! But do not dismay, the front desk has delightful feather pillows, all you have to do is ask.

We hosted our customers for our training program at the KSU Hotel. The experience from both the organizing side as well as customer side was great. Even the hotel manager was quick to help when needed.

Overall an enjoyable stay in a nice hotel. When I called for the check-in time, which is not posted online, the employee wasn’t attentive and took a minute to locate my reservation, said it wasn’t there but eventually found it, and then forgot that I called for the check in time and asked “who is this?” And asked why I called even after I told my name and why at the beginning. Customer service/hospitality could be improved to provide a better user experience. The hotel is nice, the restaurant had delicious breakfast food, coffee could be better, the restaurant wait staff was very cool and super nice and friendly. I locked myself out of my room and the front desk employee was very kind and gave me a replacement and was great how she made me feel good about asking for a new temporary card. The room really does need a better cleaning, visible dirt in the corner of the bathroom, shower has mildew and that pink mildew growth in a corner, base of the bed was torn up peeling and scuffed up, dust and dirt on door handles and sticky dirty doors and remote control. Just needs a cleaning otherwise the bedding was clean and comfy, nice amenities, and loved the hallway wallpaper and decor. It was a good stay I mainly recommend a cleaner room to make it more comfortable for guests.

This hotel Is very nice, clean, and comfortable! The front desk staff was very kind. The only complaint is the walls seemed paper thin. I could hear coughing, sneezing, etc all night. Hard to stay asleep.

Had a great weekend visiting Kent State Hotel & Conference Center with my daughter! I was immediately impressed by how polite and welcoming everyone was. The hotel was very nice, with beds so comfy it felt like sleeping on a cloud. During our checkout, Ang, a lovely lady, provided us with water for the road and was both friendly and professional. Looking forward to returning in June!
