Overall an enjoyable stay in a nice hotel. When I called for the check-in time, which is not posted online, the employee wasn’t attentive and took a minute to locate my reservation, said it wasn’t there but eventually found it, and then forgot that I called for the check in time and asked “who is this?” And asked why I called even after I told my name and why at the beginning. Customer service/hospitality could be improved to provide a better user experience. The hotel is nice, the restaurant had delicious breakfast food, coffee could be better, the restaurant wait staff was very cool and super nice and friendly. I locked myself out of my room and the front desk employee was very kind and gave me a replacement and was great how she made me feel good about asking for a new temporary card. The room really does need a better cleaning, visible dirt in the corner of the bathroom, shower has mildew and that pink mildew growth in a corner, base of the bed was torn up peeling and scuffed up, dust and dirt on door handles and sticky dirty doors and remote control. Just needs a cleaning otherwise the bedding was clean and comfy, nice amenities, and loved the hallway wallpaper and decor. It was a good stay I mainly recommend a cleaner room to make it more comfortable for guests.
