Holiday Inn Belcamp - Aberdeen Area

The hotel staff was nice and friendly at check in and at check out. Very accommodating as well. We requested an additional blanket and the front desk provided it right away. The room was clean and spacious. The downside was the shower. The water pressure was so low it was almost impossible to get soap to rinse off. We opted not to shampoo our hair for fear we would be in the shower for hours attempting to get it resolved. Overall not a bad experience.

There were very few disappointing things at the hotel. The room was slightly messy. Alot of the ammenities were closed or broken (like the game room.) But the staff is extremely friendly and professional. This is my first time booking a hotel room ever and they made it enjoyable. Easy. And were very receptive to when i needed help or toiletries.

It was great at first until a month later they decided to pull money off of my card for no reason when everything was already paid for and settled

Much better than my stay at Springhill Suites. Very clean and up to date technology and appearance. Right next to my favorite location Chick F-ila. Queen size beds are very comfortable and worth the amount to stay. Technology in the room is updated. Large TVs and Fast WiFi.

Van, Walter(breakfast man) and Zerk were amazing!!! Morning of May 15th. I was checking out early due to having a meeting in New Jersey. Upon check out I was going to take my breakfast to go in a box. I was informed by Walter that the owner was watching the cameras on the 14th and was mad that Walter provide me with a small to go box for the leftover food I had on my plate. I did not want any conflict or had the time, so I told Zerk to refund me the $5.00 charge on my card. Since I prepaid for my room and breakfast for two mornings. Zerk did so and provide me the front desk manager name to follow up with. It is very narrow-minded that an owner from Pakistan who was able to come to America and live tax free for six years. Got upset with a employee for giving out excellent hospitality. Over food that was PAID for in advance! For this Pakistan owner to watch cameras so hard. Where else does he have cameras hidden at and who else is looking at patrons coming to that location?

The Staff was extremely friendly and checked on us several times to ensure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. I would have to say they actually went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our surroundings . When we visit Ms we will stay here again!

The first room given had an unmade bed and dirty bathroom this was replaced immediately key for elevator was very confusing, better signage is needed We thought the carpeting in the upstairs hallway looked like mold and wondered why Any hotel would choose it Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly breakfast was good

My stay was really good. The staff was very helpful. The room and sheets were clean. I did notice a roach trying to beat me in the door but I quickly eliminated the tiny intruder that was beelining towards the fridge. Overall, my stay was wonderful.

Comfortable room but no outlets throughout the room. Had to undue the lights just to be able to charge phones. Bed was comfortable. Tv i think was direct tv and the shows just kept going black. Restaurant was good and the bar tender was very nice. We needed a good bar tender who understood we had just come from a funeral. I would recommend the hotel. Breakfast was good.
