Not as clean as expected. Not provided any shampoo and body wash.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. When we arrived to our room , we had to leave the door and windows opened due to the horrible smell in our room. The curtains are filthy and the shower was dirty. The bathroom door does not shut all the way because there are screws sticking out the side of the door frame. Everywhere you go, the property is filthy. There is a blue tarp on the jacuzzi and the pool is green. Given that we are just getting back to normal from covid-19, disinfecting and cleaning should be in place. I have never in my life have been to such a filthy hotel. I would also like to give a positive comment on the front desk staff. They were friendly, courteous and professional.

This hotel is a great one. The rooms are always clean, well stocked with linens, towels and best of all, they have kitchen utensils and dining ware that helps with cooking. The location is excellent with shopping very nearby, a 7-11, Starbucks and some restaurants within a 5 minute walk from your room. The staff are always nice and friendly and they have guest laundry available. There is a 7 dollar a night parking fee but that is helping to keep the parking lot safe and in all honesty, it could be a lot higher. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will say this though, check third party booking sites before booking directly as you may be able to get a better deal.

The building is old, but the interior was cleanly remodeled and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is about 20 kilometers away from downtown Seattle. It is suitable for self-driving and has convenient parking. The rooms are average, and the facilities are relatively old... There is a kitchen with basic tableware, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Check in is actually after 4 pm, and check out is before 11 pm...

It's really nice to be able to park while flying! We stayed one night and had free parking for 10 days! Charges for more than 10 days are also very reasonable

Although it is close to the airport, it is desolate on weekends. Not so satisfied

The breakfast is very good and rich. The surrounding office parks are the main ones. There is a Chinatown supermarket and restaurants nearby 2-3km away. However, there are few bus lines, but it is very convenient to have a shuttle bus all the way to the city center.

We liked the quaint condo feeling. The room had too much air freshener smell when arrived - had to leave the indies open for a long while . We were thankful you could open the windows

They let me bool and pay for 2 rooms with my prepaid card but wouldtn except it at chexk in then the people that work there were super rude called me namesand made some inapropriate assumptions and accuzations..out of 8 140 deposits they gave 1 back and even if i trashed the roomno way they need all that to cleanbit 2 rooms 4 weeks is 140 8 times..so im pissed

Looked NOTHING like the pictures. Definitely disappointed. I’m terrible area and poor parking lot lighting. Dark and sketch people walking through the parking lot all night. DO NOT BOOK.

I stayed at this hotel for over a week and they never cleaned the room. The staff was rude. I would never stay here again I do not recommend staying here and what hotel charges for parking. I was really disappointed. The only good thing about the hotels they had a good breakfast.

The over all room was clean, but the bathroom smelled like someone dumped bleach and used too much disinfectant to clean the bathroom. It was hard to stay in the bathroom and I had to shut the door to limit the smell to be able to sleep.

I was not aware that this place charges for parking. I will understand if it’s in downtown Seattle. But this is in an industrial park. No one mentions about parking fee at check-in either. Free desk barely talked to me..not even a hello. The room smells mold.
