Seems to be under new ownership and they're trying their best. I appreciate their efforts, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and there's a limited breakfast

Crumbs in the bed, dirt on the floor, furniture not cleaned off. Floors throughout the building were filthy and sticky. We did not feel safe moving around the building. Bad experience. We actually asked for our money back and went somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences of my life, not only was the hotel run down and dirty the service by the receptionist was the worst I ever experienced in my life. She refused to call the manager.. instead laughed and called the service repairman, he explained to me she new the room she was giving me had the air conditioner burnt out. She refused to call her boss or anyone else, she just kept laughing with the other gal that was there with her. She refused to cancel and refund my money and or deposit. She needs training and a few classes on hospitality. The hotel was run down, stains on the bed, broken air conditioner, chairs, carpet and paintings broken or stained. Broken tiles and mold in every corner… nasty just nasty.

Bed smelled of urine. Paid for an extra large suite for Christmas. No couch! No table a bench only. They comped another room for us. Still no couch, just a bench.

Not the best and not the worst. There was a lot of construction going on at the time of my stay and it was also a noisy area. They kept losing their luggage trolleys and it made a real hardship for me with my bags. 10 trips going in. No, I don't think I would stay here again. Quite unpleasant experience.
