Ήρθαμε για τριήμερο στη περιοχή και θέλαμε να δοκιμάσουμε κάτι άλλο από την προηγούμενη φορά. Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό το ξέρουμε ήδη χρόνια αν και δεν έτυχε να το επισκεφθούμε ποτέ. Η κράτηση έγινε από την σελίδα του ξενοδοχείου μιας και ήταν η πιο οικονομική επιλογή σε σχέση με άλλες σελίδες αλλά και τηλεφωνικά. Κλείσαμε μια Junior σουίτα, ένα πολύ ευρύχωρο και όμορφο δωμάτιο για 2 άτομα. Τα ξύλα για το τζάκι είναι δωρεάν τη πρώτη φορά και αν χρειαστείς δεύτερη χρεώνονται. Δε χρειάστηκε δεύτερη μιας και πέσαμε σε ζεστές μέρες οπότε δε ξέρω το κόστος. Παρόλα αυτά είχα ενημερωθεί απτή αρχή ότι η δεύτερη φορά είναι έξτρα μιας και έχει γίνει μόδα στους χειμερινούς προορισμούς να τα χρεώνουν. Η ποιότητα του ξενοδοχείου μου φάνηκε εξαιρετική, και σαν υλικά κατασκευής αλλά και το προσωπικό. Πάντα με καλή διάθεση να βοηθήσουν. Το room service έχει καλές τιμές για το επίπεδο του ξενοδοχείου αν και μας χρεωσαν 3 ευρώ παραπανω στη πρώτη μας παραγγελία(πέραν του κόστους του room service), κάτι ανεξήγητο που με ενόχλησε λίγο. Πάντως έχει χρέωση 3 ευρώ για να στα φέρουν, κάτι που μας το είπαν απ'την αρχή. Ότι φάγαμε και ήπιαμε ήταν καλό πάντως. Μεγάλο συν το late check out που μας επέτρεψαν χωρίς χρέωση. Γενικά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο που διαθέτει όλα τα καλά χαρακτηριστικά για να σε πείσει από την πρώτη στιγμή να το επισκεφτείς ξανά. Πεντακάθαρο, πρωινό νόστιμο και παραδοσιακό, εσωτερική πισίνα που επιβάλλεται να την χρησιμοποιήσεις. Γενικά είναι μια boutique hotel all exclusive. Αρκετά μαγαζιά στα Ζαγοροχώρια είναι κλειστά καθημερινές όποτε είναι μια ευκαιρία να εκμεταλλευτείς αυτόν το ω άψογο χώρο με θέα. Recommend it !!

We only stayed one night in a junior suite……. Everything was amazing and the breakfast and dinner we ate!!!!! But the best thing about the hotel was Marialena, very helpful, kind and willing to help in everything!!!! Thank you for everything, we will definitely come again!!!

The design of the rooms and the overall hotel was very nice and the fireplace was great. However, besides that, we did not have a positive experience. unfortunately we had several incidents linked with very inflexible service from the staff that disappointed us during our stay and that definitely do not qualify this hotel as a 5-star. to start with, there was a music speaker playing in front of the door of our room the whole day. when we called at 22:30 to ask to turn it off, we were told that they could not do so until 23:00 (as the speaker was connected to the music of the bar - which is IN ANOTHER BUILDING!!). moreover, the spa is extremely limited. it was impossible to book a simultaneous treatment for me and my husband due to lack of personnel (there is only one therapist on site). my husband did get a massage but it was so poor that he decided to leave after 20min (this never happened to us before). despite this, the massage was still charged full price and during the stay / checkout no effort was made to compensate for this negative experience (while there were many occasions). finally, additional charges are applied for several services in the hotel which should be included (coffee at breakfast, wood for the fireplace in the room, additional time in the spa).

Excellent!! We left early the next day tonattend the zagori half marathon. The front desk prepared for us a breakfast package with all the key essentials without asking. I was astonished! Great work! You gotta stay here!!!

Very clean. The rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The overall hotel has a very nice ambience. The staff is very polite. The spa area well maintained and the pool big enough. The breakfast is nice with enough choices. I would recommend it.

The staff was polite and helpful. Our stay concerned the junior suite. The room size was good as well as the room was clean. However, there are some points which I consider important to mention. First, upon arriving at the room, the person in charge informed us that the floor had swelled due to humidity and they had not had time to fix it. This caused a problem in opening the door as one had to push with one's full weight to be able to open it. What struck us is that despite the existence of this - serious in our opinion - problem there was no hint of a better price in the final bill. In hotels of this level, such mistakes are inexcusable. Moving on, while the bathroom was very large, the toilet space was very small so you couldn't get in comfortably and had to fit. The shower area could easily be a little smaller so that the toilet area is more comfortable. Also, one of the windows was broken and stayed on the recall option even when we opened it normally. Finally, regarding the spa, the pool water was too hot to the point where it was unbearable after a while, and the massage was average. All comments are made in a good mood as we believe that this is a nice hotel with great prospects and it is a shame that its image is "spoiled" by such things.

Διαλέξαμε να πάμε ένα 2ημερο με τα παιδιά μας στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, κοιτώντας κυρίως τις φωτογραφίες των δωματίων και τις παροχές γενικα. Το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ καλό, διαλέξαμε ένα Deluxe Family Suite. Αρκετά μεγάλο και άνετο με τζάκι στο κέντρο του δωματίου. Ζεστό δε το έλεγες επειδή λογο μεγέθους υπήρχε μόνο ένα καλοριφέρ στο χώρο και ένα στο μπανιο και δυστυχώς δεν επαρκούσε για την θέρμανση. Με τη χρήση του τζακιού ομως όλα καλά. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό και πλήρες. Η εσωτερική πισίνα στο spa δροσερή προς κρύα για τα δεδομένα της εποχής που πήγαμε. Αυτό δυστυχώς που μας έκανε άσχημη εντύπωση ήταν ότι τη 2η μέρα διαμονής μας ζητήσαμε επιπλέον ξύλα και η απάντηση ήταν πως κοστίζουν 15 ευρώ! 15 ευρώ για 7 ξύλα! Στο πιο ακριβό δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενα τους. Γιατί να μην είχαν 5 ευρώ παραπάνω τη τιμή δωματίου ημερησίως από το να ζητάνε 15 ευρώ για τα επιπλέον ξύλα; Για το επίπεδο του ξενοδοχείου, το επίπεδο του δωμάτιο, όπως επίσης το επίπεδο των τιμών που έχει το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, είναι τραγικό να ζητάς λεφτά για επιπλέον ξύλα.
