This courtyard lacked maintenance. Room number tags were all blue-taped. There’s no USB charging . Bathroom looked old. 2 of the 3 bottle holders (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) were off the wall. No bottled water was provided, but front desk staff would give you one upon request. My coworker’s room had a broken curtain . Gym looked decent from the outside. The hotel cafe was closed for the 2 mornings I stayed at the hotel as the cafe staff decided not to show up at work. I was planning to grab breakfast there before my scheduled Uber pick up. It’s so inconvenient as it’s too late to cancel my Uber pick up by the time I got to the cafe in the morning. The only reason I gave 3 stars in this review is that their front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property is dated and is in need of an update. Lobby area is comfortable and cozy. As for the bar and restaurant. Beverage and food choices were very limited as the bartender told me they were out of very common brands of liquor and food items. Lack of property maintenance appears when entering the elevator. Elevator doors have multiple layers of paint, baseboard are beat up, and appear lifts seem to be on their last leg. Rooms are standard size but extremely dirty. If you like a larger television this property is not for you. Notice the property doesn't list television size on their webpage as my room was a 22 inch flatscreen. Carpet in rooms will undoubtably stain your socks. Moldy shower and dirty bathroom area made for an unpleasant stay. I am an "Ambassador Elite" member, not that it benefited me at this property, but I am a good judge of properties to avoid. This is definitely a property to avoid.

Apparently ******* is overbooking hotels and it doesn’t update their system. I have had my hotel booked for months for my bride and I to stay in and we show up at 12:30 and they had booked our room for someone else. Extremely aggravating and hoping we get follow up and our money back. The hotel was overbooked and we did not get our room.

My room was beautiful and comfortable. But at around 2:30am someone was given access to my room. Their key card opened my door. I was startled awake from the whole wall shaking. The latch prevented them from coming in. I was groggy from my late flight and didn’t fuss over it. A couple days later I still felt uncomfortable and called management to make them aware of the error. As a single female traveler, I didn’t like his response and I wasn’t really given an apology, only an excuse. I would never stay there again.
