Thankyou for the booked vallet parking for free and also 4 oranges. Got informed a day before, that the room that booked is redundant with other customer booking. Accepted it without argue because already tired from travel. So the room got additional bed but in bad condition. The bed was broke once sitted. But get fixed in a second. Then was change to other room with same condition. Meh Got cockroach room both rooms, old furniture, tv no sound 1 room , shower cannot adjust the temperature 1 room and was CHARGED RM30 for dirty bedsheet NOT because durian, mangosteen or dragon fruit . Its just normal stain from snacks. Paid just because fed up with everything.

The hotel’s location is strategic. My 1st time in Seberang Jaya. The staffs were all very helpful and friendly. Even the bell boy & housekeeping boy, I cant remember his real name but he kept my AlQuran neatly on the table. Thanks. The room i was staying in had a very amazing view during day & night as it facing the city. Thanks for the warm hospitality as i felt welcomed. But something to improve with the toilet. Please check with the toilet system or something regarding the the ventilating system. I had problem with the security box too but the staffs came immediately to fix it. Overall, other than those prob, hotel was good!

Just nice . Clean room but to small its okey for 2 person . The toilet very small space but clean . Everything good . Aircond good .

Check in on saturday,quite late check in and hotel seems not so busy. Room was okay and toilet was clean but there's leftover drinks with plastic inside the mini bar. Supervisor didnt check the room properly. Hope management will take actions and housekeeping supervisor double check the room before let the guest checking in.

My stay at Ixora Hotel Penang was an absolute delight. The rooms were luxurious, offering stunning views and modern comforts. An hotel to consider if you're planning a stay in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Malaysia. The rooms are well equipped and maintained. Clearness is ensured. The room is equipped with simple and needed amenities including the coffee making facilities. The front office staff too put an happy face while checking in and out. There is no private parking here by the hotel but one can always park at the local authorities parking along the road. The hotel puts up the parking coupons for you on their experience. There is a lot to love about the Purest Hotel in Sungai Petani starting with the room decor. It reminded me of the style of many small boutique hotels I have stayed at in Northern Italy over the years. Simple stylish and elegant would sum it up. The breakfast spread here again ranks with some of the best I have experienced at any South East Asian Hotel. Catering no for both Western and Asian taste it offers a good selection to both. I ate a very satisfactory lunch in the restaurant on the ground floor on one day, which again was good quality. Vegetables that accompanied the dish were nicely presented on the plate and mercifully al dente, a feat that many hotels worldwide fail. Where it is let down: The marble bathroom floor, whilst stylish, is a virtual deathtrap when wet as it becomes dangerously slippy. This is as mentioned in previous reviews and could be solved with the simple addition of a rubber floor mat. Being a supposed 4 star hotel and given it has a swimming pool I would have expected bathrobes, but there were none. When I enquired I was told they were available at the pool, they were not. When I enquired at reception no one seemed to have a clue as to wheter they had them or not. I was eventually told they did not provide them. This, despite me having seen the same in the housekeeping laundry basket. The pool area is a bit of a mess with stacked chairs here and there and no staff until 4pm. In the meantime it's seems to be used by hotel staff wanting to have a smoke. The pool itself, whilst great, is missing a number of tiles which looks a bit shabby for a 4 star. Note to management, some umbrellas by the sun loungers would be great for shade in the scorching rooftop sunshine. Lastly, I ordered room service on one evening and it was delivered without cutlery or condiments to begin. The food itself, a chicken burger, completely tasteless so a disappointment. As I said to begin with a few well placed tweaks and this Hotel could be wonderful and warrent the claimed 4 stars. Would I stay again and would I recommend it? Absolutely!!

Stay 4 adults 1 child.. Large room 2 queen beds 1 single. If you want a prayer mat and a kettle, ask at the reception.. The bathroom door is the type that cannot be locked.. You can push and pull the door.. the bathroom is very clean.. This hotel is antique.. Next time you want to go to SP.. You can stay here again.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the town. The breakfast food is not fully refilled. Guests who arrive late do not have time to eat. The room is not attractive because of the old decoration. The amenities are not varied.booking room with king bed but got single bed combined to become king.my son need to slept on the centre which is not comfort him.
