剛一進門就感覺酒店很乾凈，工作人員特別熱情，餐廳的特色菜做的很好吃，特別推薦烤羊排！！！出來旅遊碰到這樣的酒店也是讓人開心的事

住了這個酒店才深深體會到該酒店網上評分低是有道理的。我們是勞動節入住，由於温差大，晚上還是很陰冷。定的房間既沒有暖氣，也不提供空調，前台林姓服務員説想要升級空調可以，兩個房間加80元。後來聽説我們衹升級1個空調房，那就改成1個房間升級加價80元，夜晚那叫一個冷呀，沒法睡。凍了一宿，早上要酒店提供格外收錢的發票，服務員才無奈找了老闆，老闆還算講理，把升級費用80元退了。總之，這是我們旅行中最差體驗，包括硬件和服務員態度。衹能給差評了。

旺季人多，老闆顧不過來，所以服務一般，精力都接待旅行社了。當天九點多才到路很黑，問車停在哪兒態度很不耐煩，給安排的一樓的房間，不想住一樓找老闆調換，老闆表示房間都滿了換不了，話沒説完就被掛了電話屋內沒有一次性拖鞋，地上有雜物，窗簾拉不嚴，水龍頭壞了反饋後修好了。下樓的時候聽到店家的人閑聊，大概意思是説講究人事兒多啥的早餐是小米粥雞蛋鹹菜不想計較，體會不到店家的熱情，衹是給大家個參考。位置在小鎮裏，進去的路上比較坎坷，路不好走但也能走，位置跟導航走就能找到裏烏蘭布統北門很近，在皇家鹿苑的位置
