Kettering Park Hotel and Spa

We were greeted with a friendly “Welcome back Mr and Mrs G, it’s nice to see you again. We have your dietary needs noted and the chef is aware.” This is priceless to us. The room was clean and comfortable, the pre-dinner drinks were served quickly and Tom and the chef took care of us with a tailored meal at dinner time. Breakfast was tasty, friendly and efficient. We have stayed at this property before , and at others in the Thwaites chain, but this was our best experience in the last two years - certainly “best in group”. All of the staff appear to be well trained and happy to be working at the hotel. Thank you again for a great experience. We will be back.

Had a fantastic weekend break with my wife for a birthday celebration. Lovely meal in the restaurant on the first night. Spa is great to relax. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay as always

Fantastic hotel All the staff was fantastic Had a lovely room . Had food at the bar was very nice. I must say the breakfast in the morning was very nice and staff fantastic!!! 5#

This hotel does not disappoint. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you need. The evening meal in the restaurant was first class and compliments to the chef and his staff. I am a very fussy eater and they adapted just about everything I requested. Also thanks to the young lady who took our order for her patience!! Breakfast was also excellent but one slight disappointment for my husband that there was no spinach available.

We have just returned from our 5th trip to Kettering Park. My sister and I bought a night away at the hotel for my parents' joint birthdays after such great previous visits, and the hotel delivered their exceptional service as always. With the help of Andrew Hollett and Grace Hayter, our rooms were upgraded and we had an early check in arranged for us. There was even a bottle of prosecco and a card left in my parent's room which was very much appreciated and such a lovely touch. The reception team were welcoming and helpful, as they always are, for our arrival and this continued throughout our stay with every single member of staff that we encountered. My sister and I had a spa treatment, both of which were of an excellent standard and Ellie, who gave me my signature treatment was professional and did a fantastic job! The rooms were spotless with all the little extras that make such a difference (milk jug, water jug, fridge, coffee machine, choice of pillows etc). Dinner was excellent and the staff were thoughtful enough to place us on a table which meant that my mother, who is hard of hearing, had the best chance of joining in our conversation without too much noise from the main restaurant. The food was an excellent standard and the wine delicious. Breakfast was also great with a good choice to suit all requirements. All in all it was another memorable and impeccable stay, thank you to Andrew, Grace and all of the staff at Kettering, you are simply fantastic! We will be back to see you again soon!

WOW! This hotel is absolutely wonderful!! The hotel is very clean and tidy. The spa facilities are fantastic. The bar area has so much character, it’s lovely. They have classical music playing which adds to the relaxation feeling. All the staff were fantastic! I have to say Emily went above and beyond. She was very welcoming, helpful and friendly! I cannot wait to return!! 😁

Huge shout out to ALL staff at the KPH on Easter Sunday (31/03/2024). Lunch booked for 7 adults and four little people. From the moment we arrived the children were presented with Easter Bags and told to go out into the garden and fill their bags with as many eggs as they could find! Just brilliant - they absolutely loved it. Everything we requested was accommodated. The food was really good. Great atmosphere. The service was just excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming and so good with the children. Could not have asked for anything more. Really really lovely way to spend Easter Sunday. Thank you KPH you totally nailed it!
