The employees were friendly and accommodating. Erta, in particular, made sure everything exceeded expectations. Customer service in the Keys is not always the best, but the team at the Hampton Inn went above and beyond. I will certainly return.

Horrible à éviter Hôte il vieillissant, chambres non entretenue, hyper bruyant non insonorisé. Petit déjeuné servi dans des assiettes en cartons et couvert en plastique Nous sommes arrivés à 16h il y avait des employés qui travaillaient sur le toit c’est comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre ça faisait tomber des bouts de plafond dans la chambre Travaux finissant à 19h30 et reprise à 8h30 le matin impossible de dormir et de se reposer La seule réponse de la direction est : désolé !!! Inadmissible pour un hôtel à plus de 200€ la nuit. Les photos de la plage et la piscine ne reflètent pas la réalité la bar de la plage est très salle et stockage des boissons dans une glacière … Nous en recommandons pas du tout

We absolutely loved the Hampton Inn in Key Largo! It was such a cute little hotel and we loved the vibe! The little beach was perfect and the evening Tiki Bar added to the ambiance. We were able to catch the sunset and it was gorgeous! The room was large and clean and carried the 'Polynesian Paradise' vibe. The little deck off our room was a bonus! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Check-in and check-out were smooth! The breakfast was well serviced and had lots of fresh options. We would definitely return to this Hampton Inn! I've added this location to my favorites!

Great place to stay on the bay in Key Largo! The morning staff are awesome and Olivia on the evening desk took excellent care of us ! The property and the lush landscaping is beautiful. The pool and Tiki bar are great ! Highly recommend staying here !

O’lyvia at the front desk was amazing and very helpful! Have stayed at a few different hotels in the are and this was the best experience. In town often for work and this is now our go to. Make sure you talk to O’lyvia if you need recommendations on where to eat!
