We just stopped for 1 night on our way to Key West. O’lyvia at the front desk was super helpful! It’s an older property but well maintained and lovely! The beach area, tiki bar and pool are super relaxing. The breakfast was really good for a free breakfast, the fruit was especially flavorful. Erta was wonderful when we checked out, and if we’re in the Keys again we would definitely stay here.

Whilst we had the feeling that some in the chain had lost their edge this wasn't one of them. Very clean and comfortable and relaxing with good facilities. Breakfast was well stocked and refreshed regularly and the large dining area kept clean. Ate 2 nights at the Pilot House Marina and Restaurant and would recommend. Should we return to the area would have no worries staying here again.

Very nice property. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and very good. The grounds are very nice: a beautiful swimming pool, an exercise room with a wide variety of equipment and a private beach. When you're there visit the Tiki Bar, on the beach. Claudia, the bar tender, is extremely friendly and efficient; she makes delicious cocktails.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Key Largo. Beautiful property, and the staff is top notch - O'Lyvia at the front desk was especially helpful. As a loyal Hilton customer, it met and even exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Key Largo.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. The property is well kept, clean and very safe (guests not propping doors open, non-guests meandering around). The morning breakfast cannot be beat, plenty of options, seating and the employees ensured that the buffet area was well stocked and clean. If you are traveling with kids, the beach does not have a lifeguard. I saw dolphins swimming in the distance. Plenty of iguanas roaming around. The sunsets are stunning. I agree that the rooms are a little dark, this could be due to the time of year when there is less daylight hours and the overhang of the roof. The building is older but it's not falling apart and unsafe. We had one rainy day so we spent time in the room. The fridge in the room is a huge plus and there is a Publix on the opposite side of Route 1 about 1/2 mile away. This Hilton property truly embodies take care of the employees and they will take care of the customers. Looking forward to visiting Key Largo again and staying here.

We have stayed at Hampton many times. The is not the normal experience we have had. First, every single employee we interacted with was wonderful. Everyone was helpful, professional and very nice. Unfortunately, the facility itself is in dire need of a rehab. Everything is so old it’s exhausted. The pillows were flimsy and lumpy and the bed was like a cement slab. There was a rainstorm one night and one of the rooms actually leaked. The phone in the room didn’t work and the walls were dusty. Hilton needs to do better.

From start to finish everything was great! We checked in with Stephanie and she was incredible. Very welcoming and helpful. We checked out with Erta and she was also incredible. She gave us great tips for our trip. Clean room and nice facility
