While we enjoyed our stay, Waterside Suites and Marina withdrew $500,- from my credit card after we left. The manager Ms. Fuller agreed that this was a faulty charge but failed to book it back. Staff promised to reimburse us during multiple phone calls, but never did. Email generally were left unanswered.

First impressions were good. The front door was kinda old and beat up... overall the room felt clean and we were happy with what we paid for it...... until we turned the lights off downstairs.... I think we killed 12 Cockroaches.. some were adolescent some were grown. But that wasn't cool. We didn't panic. They were downstairs so we slept the night. In the morning at checkout she asked how the room was. I just told her we found cockroaches and she said "OK I'm very sorry" and gave us a full refund. The lady was very nice. Everyone was pleasant and kind and the room was clean..... just 12 cockroaches.

This is a great area with local restaurants and bars nearby. It is located near the water and has a patio that offers nice views. Unfortunately, there were some issues with cleanliness. There was blood on sheets and also had a bug issue that required us to buy bug spray and spray the entire area. This place is being renovated and has an opportunity to really clean up nicely.

It was a good place to stay. However, It is not a good idea to select this place, when a guest has physical limitations and must go upstairs to take a shower.

We loved our stay at Waterside Suites & Marina. The unit was clean and well appointed. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats come & go.

We weren't able to stay here for longer than 1 night and we arrived late. The property/ room was awesome - very spacious. Like a small town home. Kitchen, patio, bath and living area on main floor and bedroom/ bath upstairs. Very nice - wish we could have stayed longer and been able to enjoy the pool and other amenities.

The cupboards in the kitchen could have been wiped down a little bit better. Our overall stay was great, with some restaurants within walking distance 😊
