This is a 4 star resort that performs at 3.5 stars and costs at the level of 5 stars. Resort was beautiful and one of the best in Key Largo according to my own research. We stayed a weekend (2 nights) and paid about $2000 for a 400 sqft 2 queen room for 4. It was nice, clean, and quiet. The resort had a quiet and laid back vibe which we liked. Food and service at the two restaurants was good but overpriced. We also rented a cabana which was also pricey but the service was great and our server even gave us a few drinks. The (only) swimming pool was filthy which was very disappointing for this type of resort. 20% minimum gratuity for everything which will eventually kill the concept of tipping. We may return but we’d definitely look for other alternatives first.

I did not like that pool was cold .. jacuzzi heater was also broken for a while.. they are charging for use of the wine glasses I thought that was odd .. but overall nice place ..

Slechte ervaring met Customer service en de facturatie dienst. Stiekem meer in kaart gebracht dan verbruikt. Nadien geen reactie meer, alsof ze hun problemen in de doofpot steken en hun klant in de kou laten staan. Overdreven duur voor wat je krijgt, niets is inbegrepen. Staff is vriendelijk maar rekent zelf eigen fees door , boven de 20% en laat je gemakkelijk 30 a 40 minuten wachten op een simpel broodje. Mooi hotel maar niet exceptional. Wil je bv op een waterbedje gaan liggen, rekening dan al maar op 250 dollar extra

Maravilloso hotel vistas increíbles, personal amable y servicial en todo momento Yoly Acosta nos mostró detalladamente todo, los restaurantes divinos, la piscina era fascinante, la playa también, fueron unos días increíble justo lo que necesitábamos. Las habitaciones limpias y la cama súper comoda, si quieres tener una estancia 5 estrellas este es el lugar correcto sin dudas lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beach. However, there is not a lot of things to do on the site and everything closes at 10pm.

Playa Largo is FABULOUS! I was greeted by Yoly (Yolanda) upon arrival who was beyond great at showing me all the amenities and the property! What a property! The views, service, accommodations…food…drinks…just blown away. If you’re headed to the Keys…Playa Largo Resort & Spa is a must! Also…Milos at the outdoor bar overlooking the water rocked, and Sol by the Sea for a fabulous lunch. DO NOT MISS THE KEY LIME TART…OMG. Nothing else compares anywhere. 🥰
