The hotel was great, clean and with all the necessary. The service at the restaurant was rather slow.
The main remark relates to lack of clarity from Trip and the hotel on added costs: valet parking is "mandatory" as the hotel doesn't allow guests to self park. This comes at a (hidden) cost of 50 usd per day plus taxes. The manager didn't mention this when we asked about the big deposit they were taking on our credit card. Unfortunate surprise contrasting with the wonderful time we had at the hotel.

Great location and awesome concierge. Room was hot, even with air con and fan on max though. Walls were thin too with noise carrying over from room next door.

1 star. I do NOT recommend this hotel. One of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. Check-in was delayed for over an hour, and no one offered to take my luggage — I had to sit outside with my suitcases. I found someone else’s cap in the room — the cleaning was terrible. The shower didn’t work, and even after I asked twice, no one fixed it. I returned after a long day of work covered in sand and still couldn’t shower. The light in the hallway of the room didn’t work either, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The staff only smiles but doesn’t actually help. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend this hotel, even though the property itself looks beautiful.

This hotel was great! The rooms are beautiful. The restaurant was fabulous and overlooks the beach. The valet, Ricky, offered to take our bags to our car while we ate breakfast, which was fabulous! We will be back as soon as we can!

We were hesitatant about staying after we read some of the reviews. I will say we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel felt kind of like a maze. But we figured it out quickly. The elevator and ice machines worked fine. The room was nice! We had an ocean view room. My husband was happy he found a regular pillow instead of the feather pillow. The ac worked good. The fan was really nice except one night the light kept turning on a few times in the middle of the night. I think it was definitely the 1/2 drunk operators with all the buttons. The staff was extremely helpful when I lost my phone. They were always polite and had water bottles available on the way out. There was one woman by the pool that would constantly ask if we were OK. That got a little annoying but she was friendly. We visited Casa Marina just about everyday. They are both really nice in their own way. But we did prefer Casa Marinas layout better (and it felt a little more upscale). My favorite place was the bar it had gorgeous views of the ocean and I loved the coastal decor. Stop by the bar Ty makes the BEST key lime martinis that you need to try! And their key lime pie was sooooo good. I can't wait to go back!!! The location of this hotel is perfect. It's quiet, beautiful but close to all the fun. The southern most point next door had a nice beach too. Uber trip was $12 from Sloppy Joe's. It's within walking distance to.

Ayla helped me get set up on the beach. She was extremely personable - turns out we both love tattoos and she’s from New Orleans and went to the same college as my daughter. I appreciated her help and the chat!
