The Pier House Resort

Staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. Location was beautiful and close to a activities we enjoy. Ocean front room was perfect. Rain shower water pressure was amazing!

Fantastic stay. Levi at front desk was so accommodating. Showed me two available rooms and let me choose. Actually walked with me to the rooms. We weekend in the Keys every couple months,and it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such friendly service. Kudos to Levi.  It was our first time staying at the Pier House. We will definitely be back. Thank You Pier House. We had a great time.

Service and facilities are impeccable. Staff caters to your every need in a professional manner. Server personnel to include bar, pool and beach are as good as it gets. We are repeat customers for this reason. This resort is a pattern for others to follow.

Every time we come to Key West we always stay at Pier House Resort and Spa, and your resort never disappoints! We stayed for a week with my in-laws and 2 of my children and it was an awesome vacation! We created great memories swimming at the pool and the beach. We had the best sunset views from the Dockside Suite and would definitely stay in that room again! Until next time!

Okay, I will start with the negatives because that’s why we are all here looking at reviews. We were two adults on a 20th anniversary trip. The bed was really firm. Not comfortable. We stayed in a 3rd floor ocean view room. One night while bringing in the clothes we had drying on the balcony, through sheer bad luck and high winds, my husband’s only swim trunks fell and landed on the balcony of the room below. We called the front desk to ask if they could reach out to the room below us to return our item. They said “no guarantees” which is fair but no one ever contacted us back either way and that didn’t feel like great customer service. We ended up having to tie towels together to knock them down ourselves after seeing they had been folded and moved but not returned. That being said, everything else was great. Levi at the front desk was super welcoming and offered us local recommendations, several of which we tried out. The private beach was perfect and we even had some sea life interactions we will never forget. Our balcony view was exactly what we hoped for. The location was perfect at the end of Duval St. and a short walk to Mallory Square. There is also a golf cart rental right on the property that we used to zip around and sight see for one day. Looking back there isn’t much we would change and we would stay at Pier House again if we ever head back to Key West.

My husband and I had nothing less then an exceptional experience at the Pier House...From the front desk staff to the concierge. I have no complaints about our stay and we will be back for sure
