This hotel was excellent!! Super clean rooms and common ground areas. The pool was kept clean at all times. There were also refreshments and sunscreen by the pool which was a plus. The location of this hotel was great, we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The ambience of the hotel was great, it was a very calming/relaxing experience. Jorge was amazing. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jorge truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable!

Outstanding shower, bed, room lighting.staff. perfect location, just off the quiet end of Duvall St. Beautiful queen suite, nonsmoking. Pool water was liquid velvet, hit it every day at least once! Best stay in Key West, right around the corner from great restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Easy walk to Hemingway House, Blue Heaven, Moondog Cafe, highly recommend for solo or couple

What a find!! We stayed here for two nights, the room and attached outdoor porch were beautiful. The hotel is a stunning calm oasis in the centre of the old town, we had an absolute ball in Key West. Thanks also to the reception staff who were very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help two UK travellers 💚💚💚

Nice hotel. Just a block off of Duval Street, so close to most of the bars, restaurants and shops. Only problem I had is I never had any hot water in the shower during my 3-night stay there.

Absolutely love this hotel. I don’t usually write such raving reviews, but this one deserves the accolade of being one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. From checking in with the nice staff on the desk. Can’t remember his name but he was great. To the pool area with a free coffee bar. And our room was clean and comfortable. My wife was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Douglas House and I would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect little getaway spot for key west. The staff was helpful. The pool area was amazing. Close to everything! You could stay on site or go explore key west.

I read a lot of reviews before selecting this property. The stay exceeded the reviews. We had a apartment with two queen beds. It also had a full kitchen, one half block off of Duval. Nice and quiet. Relaxing pool. Coffee at the pool!
