The room condition was very poor. The bed in the room was broken. Tall claims by members but zero results as far as room service experience is concerned. The staff's behaviour was very rude. No professionalism. The bed sheets, pillow cover, towel, quilt were dirty. The toilet area was in very poor condition. Only one single soap bar was provided. Mosquitoes were there but no repellent. One 'agarbatti' (incense stick) was being given as a solution. Had to change two rooms before i could settle for a 'less horrible room. The ***ager was totally absent from the scene as if he was not bothered at all and the bell boy was dealing with the situation in the rudest way possible. Overall terrible.

Had the worst experience in this hotel.Cannot even explain how much problem we faced during the stay..Neither was the staff cooperative nor were the hotel rooms worthy of stay..Dirty blankets,No hot water,Utensils broken,Food quality not up to the mark.I didnot get it how can they even charge such a high rate for food when maximum of the food items are beyond their serving capacity.It gave me nightmare for two nights.In all the years of travelling to so ***y places this was the worst that has ever happened.Not at all recommendable.

if you are looking for good hotel and clean rooms with friendly staff in less then 1000 Rs this hotel is for you. Best part of this hotel is it's restaurant offers you veg indian food with no greavy . if you are on long trip this place is like second home for you. i have booked for 1 day but after staying 1 night i have extended my stay for two more nights. Thanks Mr Mishra for your advice and hospitality . see you soon, Good luck
