I think Mercure Khamis hotel didn't deserve money paid for it, as it has very poor service, I recieved the room with refrigerator did not work, TV didn't work, quality of tissues in Bathroom are poor, so I only accommodate in this hotel because related to All Accor plus points I must ask many times to be added to my account

التعاحسنمل والرحابه. موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا وقريب من الوسط المدينه .. الطاقم متعاون وبشوش وحريصون على رضاء العملاء .. الاهتمام والعناية بعملاء اكور على اكمل وجه .. المطعم يقدم وجبة افطار غنية ولذيذة مناسبة مختلف اذواق النزلاء.

Just feel disappointed My company booked me this hotel for a business trip however I cancelled after one night and went for another hotel on my own Everything is old cleanliness is not good Even was difficult to charge my phone Staff was not friendly, food was really bad Place was noisy Actually would never repeat it again
